Welcome to the 21st video of my channel! I'm talking about the destruction of The Hulk. Let me know what you think The Hulk in the MCU! Edited by: me Outro song: • Micah Dailey-White - ...
@@jadenseymour1920 that’s the whole point the tv show is about Jennifer and how she sees the world not how you do and she does not know all the things Bruce went through as a child or for being the hulk
First Norton Hulk got removed from reality, then Ruffalo Hulk got neutered. Now we’re left with grumpy Han Solo Hulk who’s going to be entirely fed up with the role after he’s in the MCU for one movie, *HELP US HULK FANS OUT PLEEEEEEEAAAAAAASE!*
@@YourBoyVonthere same but look at difference between Hulk as a character in the incredible Hulk movie and today mcu Hulk he was good in 1 avengers movie and age of Ultron too.
Hulk will never beat thanos same as he will never beat Thor lmao Thor and thanos was made to be stronger than the hulk Stan Lee stated Thor was the character he made to be the answer to every problem
They literally had the scrapped scene where the hulk would bust out of the hulk buster armour but for some reason they decided to change it last minute which is why the cgi is shit
Zactly. If he was a baby in the Incredible Hulk, then he was a child being acknowledged by an adult. Cap made him happy. And I always figured the Always Angry thing was part of Banner having a tighter control on the Hulk psychologically. If he's a child, then Banner learned how to reason with him, but he can't predict temper tantrums. And finally, they Should have had Thanos at least need to relay on the Power Stone AND his wits to beat Hulk.
Yes I very much like that you pointed that out. Iron man calls him banner in there fight and so does Thor. But cap respected the hulk as a true teammate.
Same. I loved the 2003 Hulk. I know a bunch of people didn't like it, but I never looked at it like it was superhero film. I looked at it like it was a character drama because that's what it was. A man who has a bunch of repressed trauma and abuse and he still has nightmares about his childhood. When he becomes the Hulk, it's the inner child in him lashing out. But when he's finally alone and at peace, the Hulk likes to look at flowers. It's a very underrated film. I found it to be extremely moving.
It’s so annoying how they SAY he’s strong and scary and all this stuff but when it comes to his fighting scenes it’s like, where is that? Bruce is always afraid of bringing him out bc of how destructive he is, but if literally like 3 people on his team can either win in a fight against him or calm him down there’s no pointtttttt I HATE when movies tell and not show
@@nkemnoraulmanfredini7286 yea he’s powerful, and breaks things, destroys things, but just like how WRMZ, says in this video, it’s underwhelming when you have so many people who can defeat him ykwim? He’s still powerful and scary in a way, but the way that Banner talks abt it would make you think it would be more, yk? Like it’s over exaggerated how powerful and scary he is, when in reality, he can be controlled, and people can stop him
@@nkemnoraulmanfredini7286pre-professor hulk got his ass beat by Ironman, Thor, thanos and is calmed down by black widow, I’d be surprised if mjolnir captain America couldn’t beat him 😂
@@4NNEL15he can’t be controlled nor stopped, he tore apart the helicarrier because Loki knew how destructive he was, Thor struggled with him, he easily took down Loki, the big alien worm thing (idk what it’s called) was only taken down by him alone and then Thor (who is a god)
@@Beroka5pre professor hulk dog walked the hulk buster suit, it only took for him to get weaker thanks to him seeing the destruction he made and the people afraid of him
Thor Ragnarok thankfully broke me out of my love for the MCU before the worst realized. I've wondered how movie audiences easily were bought into Thor regressing into an exponentially more immature person with age. How does that even occur when his parents are both "gods" of wisdom? From the first SDCC logo teaser, I imagined the entirety of Thor Ragnarok as an incredible Lord of the Rings/Pirates of the Caribbean scale movie where Thor Ragnarok's plot was the wisest Thor traveling all nine realms (maybe eight realms to keep Avengers Infinity War intact) showing why he's fit for being the king of Asgard / nine realms as they're self-destructing under Loki's official but foolish rule. Loki eventually sides with Thor after his daughter and son (Hela & Fenris) start causing more problems than he can handle. In this "Once and future king" kind of story Thor begins making his way back to Asgard joined by an army (collecting exiles, pilgrims, wanderers, and innocent survivors of war) formed through each realm after his hammer is broken. Rather than Hulk conveniently and for unexplained reasons flying to Sakaar somehow, Loki used his position to get revenge on Hulk and send him somewhere horrible in the nine realms where he meets Valkyrie. Who also was banished but by Odin prior to the events of Thor 2011. I've always imagined Balder the Brave died before the first Thor movie and that there was some teenage drama around his murder by Loki between Thor, Loki, Amora the Enchantress/Lorelei, Sif, the Warriors Three, Karnilla, and who knows maybe even Skurge the Executioner. Thor would send Hulk and Valkyrie through the Bifrost bound for Doctor Strange's Sanctum Sanctorum while Loki escapes using the Tesseract. Loki hides on Thor Girl's planet (as Beta Ray Bill appeared in Thor Ragnarok) which Thanos invades around the time Thor tracks him down. I didn't even know how Thor Ragnarok would end similarly I just wanted to set up Thor Girl, whose planet was saved by Thor from Thanos. I expected Nova to be the one who heroically fights Thanos but is beat up in Infinity War's opening act. Returning to Earth and warning Tony Stark Annihilation style. I miss 2016-2017. Thor Ragnarok was my most anticipated Marvel movie. In retrospect maybe Taika Waititi was better for a Nova prequel movie released in-between Avengers Infinity War and Endgame. A Guardians of the Galaxy 2.5 of sorts.
I agree with you. I remember watching both 2003 and 2008 Hulk. I was so terrified of them. Granted, I only saw one scene of 2003 Hulk attacking a guy and basically leaving him for dead, but it was enough to scar me for some time. 2008 Hulk is the one film that will always terrify me in terms of the Hulk. How they ruined such a perfectly terrifying hero, I will never know..😔
You know what the worst part of all this is? It's that this problem will never get solved. With the Russo brothers and Stephen McFeely coming back to write and direct Avengers Doomsday and Secret Wars, it means we're never going to see the real Hulk again because why would they try to fix the Hulk now? So, either Doctor Doom effortlessly defeats either Hulk, Thor or Captain Marvel after he wipes out the Kang variants, those characters will just be trash for the remainder of the saga.
Hulk is more than that tho, look at any of his previous material and you'll immediately change your mind. The MCU hulk is a dumb toddler, but not who Hulk should be as a character
There's one caveat to Hulk being a toddler in Marvel Comics. Bruce Banner was a genius level intellect as a toddler. Making Hulk smarter than the average toddler in Marvel Comics.
But here's the thing EMH show portrays the Hulk more than that. Of course he has moments of being manipulated easily, but he actually doesn't throw tantrums like a toddler (the toddler is the MCU), EMH hulk is methodical even in the very beginning, moving Absorbing man and Graviton to name a couple examples to places without civilians. The Hulk casually talking about cosmic radiation in the show to stark and even stark was surprised how he knew so much
Imagine if instead of getting green Mark Ruffulo in End Game, we got the gray Hulk. He’s still a smart Hulk, but now instead of a raging monster, you get a cold, malicious, near anti-villain of a Hulk.
Danny Elfman's score. The swell in the music 🥶🥶🥶 The film showing Banner & Hulk being separate beings. I can understand people's problems with the film like the comic panels, but showing the trauma, the built up anger and then scenes like "it's as if the knife and her merged". Might not be a masterpiece, but for me that's my favourite live action hulk, especially when he just catches the missile, bites off the head of it and spits it out killing no one. Norton's is close second.
@@tranquilk5912 I think the comic panels definitely add something to the movie and works pretty well, it still keeps the screen very readable and not that overloaded
Bruce is always angry and when he loses CONTROL over that anger than he turns into the hulk. When you’re mad enough to fight someone you still can choose to control yourself and not get into a fight or lose control and get into a fight.
The timing of this video is impeccable, I was literally going back and rewatching the 2003 and 2008 Hulk movies and am even going as far back as the 60s/70s Bill Bixby Hulk TV Series to watch a couple episodes. Going through the movies, I reminded myself of just how badly Marvel fumbled the bag with Hulk in the MCU. Can’t say it’s all their fault because of all the rights issues that were pertaining to Hulk’s character, but they definitely didn’t even really try hard enough to give us a great Hulk. They even went so far as to take one of his most well-known and important comics and watered it down to a completely unrecognizable comedy film. The sad part of it all is that it’s too late to even attempt to do anything with his character or give him another solo movie because all his “story arcs” have all been done in other films. The only hope we have is if they follow through with their reboot after Secret Wars and we get new actors and new stories, hopefully we get the chance to have a better represented Hulk on the big screen.
You ACCURATELY voiced my frustration of the hulk in the mcu!! I stopped watching marvel after the avengers movies and even then was struggling through them cuz of how usless they made the hulk.
2:54 honestly I'd be fine with hulk losing to Thanos. If Thanos was forced to use the power stone it wouldn't have been so bad. Losing by being blasted by the most powerful item in the universe is nothing to he ashamed of. Being toyed with and dismissed is.
I thought he was going to be himself at the end of the movie to fight that one guy Bruce beat with the hulk buster but instead the last thing I'll see from the hulk was him being a pussy for over 2 hours then getting professors hulk for 5 years
@KoRneatsCorn except thanos didn't use the power stone and instead beat the hulk in base so bad it turned him into a bitch since 2018 now he's on a island doing yoga poses in a other Character shoows introducing characters well never see again
Thanks you for being one of the very few people online to adress this OUTRAGEOUS problem that is the Hulk's treatment in the MCU. Couldn't had the chance to read the comics, but my father did (I'm 19 years old) and he had shown me via some stuff like comic pages online and the Hulk vs Saitama animated fight how much of a real threat tge Hulk is in the source material, and so, I always hoped to see the TRUE hulk like this on the big screen. But I guess it will never happen... we'll stick with fan animations and stuff. Again, thanks you for putting in light everything I have been thinking for decades almost alone. You earned my like and subscribe.
I always interpreted the "I'm always angry" line as Banner saying he's always at the brink of snapping and having Hulk take over, rather than saying he can always control it
Sony doesn’t own hulk movie rights, universal does, but it ain’t like universal does shit with it, they could easily make a movie but they decide not to, marvel is only allowed to use him in cameos that’s why we haven’t gotten a sequel, I think if we got a trilogy people would be ok with Professor hulk. Basically I’d say universal just give up the hulk and Namor movies right if you ain’t gonna do anything with them
@@kaeaedwin7937 Yeah I agree with u bro, probably why the mcu doesnt care about the hulk, they dont have the rights. How does it work, cant they buy the rights or something?
@@spacepirate8355 aight so basically Universal owns the MOVIE rights to hulk and Namor franchise (this happened because marvel was going bankrupt so they would sell their movie licenses to movie companies. Now from what’s been said Marvel is allow to borrow hulk in other projects that aren’t hulk focused movies, so they can have hulk in avengers, Ironman, Thor and etc. but weren’t allowed to make a solo hulk film unless under the conditions that whatever money a hulk movie would make universal will get most of the profits. So when they made Incredible Hulk, even tho marvel made it, majority of profits would go to universal. So the reason we don’t have a hulk sequel or another hulk film is because neither side wants the other to more money off em, so Disney doesn’t want universal to have majority of the profit if they made one and universal doesn’t wanna let go of rights because they know how lucrative the hulk franchise can be so they’ve just been at a stalemate since 2008
To quote Stan Lee " the madder he gets , the stronger he gets" MCU "what?" Also notice how the first movies are more grounded like Iron Man 1, Hulk 2008, Captan America 1 even Thor 1 but later on they get to laught at a pull my finger joke
I guess if the MCU is going to keep the Hulk as a joke, then Red Hulk will be the stand in for what the Hulk used to be. Since Red Hulk is already the main antagonist in Brave New World, however he's defeated he won't really go away since Ross is the President now and will probably still be featured in the Thunderbolts. So since Red Hulk will still have a menacing presence, perhaps he'll just carry the vibe that the real Hulk did back in 2008. If this is done right, I supposed this could be a "salvageable replacement."
You spoke facts, WRMZ. The Hulk has been absolute trash since Age Of Ultron and I still don't know why Joss Wheadon made Black Widow and Hulk lovers when those two characters have nothing in common. Black Widow is all about stealth and guile, Hulk is a 7'0 green rage monster who screams "Hulk smash" at the top of his lungs, I don't know how Joss Wheadon got the idea to cook up a scenario where Black Widow could end up with the Hulk when she flirted with Captain America in The Winter Solider.
Imagine if the Hulk personality trapped in the back seat of Bruce's mind breaks out he will be more pissed then he's ever been that could possibly be a new version of world war Hulk
If you wanted to reboot Hulk I think that would be a good way to do it, one day something just pushes Banner/Professor Hulk, it spirals and then the real Hulk wakes up.
The thing is that they don’t give Hulk orders, they tell Hulk to do something he was pretty much gonna do anyway with the only limit being “only smash the bad guys”. Sure, overtime the Hulk comes around and identifies the avengers as his teammates, and later on, Captain America as the leader. But even then, they aren’t really ordering him around. They’re just telling him to do something he was gonna do anyway. It’s less like giving orders and more like hyping him up.
You are 100% correct, they made him a joke , a teddy bear with no strength at all, curse them for doing this to the hulk. Nortons hulk ,that is how he should look like , terrifying
They haven't had distribution rights to hulk movies for a while, so they couldn't make solo hulk films without Universal, only able to have him in avengers or other character films. They got the rights back somewhat recently, so they can make more if they want
Found your channel not too long ago. SHIT IS FIRE. Reminds me of peak TH-cam vibes. Just being authentic. No ads. no beef. no bs.ALL YOU GOT TO DO IS NOT TOUCH KIDS AND definitely will be a top 10 in my opinion. Keep it up g
7:59 he accepts that he is angry but doesn’t let it effect him physically. On the Helicarrier, he was injured so the Hulk came out under the impression he was being attacked. Bruce is better controlling his anger but can’t always stop the physical trigger to the transformation under extreme physical duress.
MCU has Hulk at 8'2" and Korg at 7'7". Yet in Endgame when Hulk went to get Thor in New Asgard, Korg towered over Hulk. Also, Thanos is listed at 8'3". In the comics he's only 6'7".
@@JoeR203 ur being contrarian for the sake of being contrarian, it's the highest grossing rated R films of all time for a reason, ur either a dioshit for not giving a shit about it or ur trying too hard to be counter to culture that ur taking a full 360 degree spin.
What really bothers me, is that they already used up elements from Worldbreaker Hulk. One of the best comic books stories, DC or Marvel. So, even if we get to a place where we can get the X-Men and the Illuminati and the Inhumans in one movie they cant do Worldbreaker cause they wasted it on Ragnorok. That shit pisses me off.
exactly, that was the real hulk, he fell from almost outer space, crashed into the sea (which most likely felt like concrete and hurt his organs), and shrugged it off like it was nothing meanwhile the incredible joke fell not that far up and got knocked out.
@@VOLDGAMER1 And don't forget this was whenBana's Hulk was holding back so much that you can get slightly irritated.. The Hulk imposter from mcu was out for blood(as he is in every scene), and unsuccessfully harmed nobody, fell from a height 30 times lower and was out cold for over 10 minutes
Bruce being always angry is where 2008 hulk movie left off, he integrates his anger rather then suppress it and letting it bottled up turning him into hulk. his transition between him and hulk is so seamless in New York cuz he tamed anger/hulk. Which leaves the audience the question if hulk Bruce are the same person or not. he couldn’t tame Hulk earlier in the film cuz Loki.
literally my exact thought I haven't seen age of ultron in a while and correct me if I'm wrong but didn't the hulk (or the inner bruce) see the damage he caused and turned back to banner? because that's how I remember it
@justanotherhuman3601 yes that's what happened after getting his ass kicked and overpowered he was sent flying through a building were he then saw the destruction and turned back
the whole point of th hulk is that he DOESNT FUCKING LOSE. If hes in a fight and hes getting beat every hit just makes him angrier and angrier until he wins. Getting no diffed by a straight hands Thanos is the stupidest shit ive ever seen.
Lmao a lot of ppl in these comments don’t really know the hulk they think he supposed to just be angry and smash everything when it more complex than tht many times in the comic hulk hates causing destruction for no reason
This is what we get for not gatekeeping our geek stuff..now mainstream got it and it seems the actual geeks are no longer welcome to enjoy their own beloved material
i think you made a good point mentioning the fear aspect. the whole point with hulk is that he’s literally just anger. You can have endgame hulk and still have the fear aspect
Agreed 100%. Even though I love Age of Ultron, both Hulk’s & Banner’s characterizations were destroyed starting with that movie 😭 I just hope when the MCU soft reboots after Secret Wars that they’ll get some much needed redemption.
They should've given him a rematch with Thanos just have him serve Captain Marvel's role in the final battle. By making him green Bruce, they took away what made him interesting. His forever curse as the Hulk. Even with Professor Hulk they could've had Hulk be tired of Bruce being in charge and he wants out. Throughout the film have Bruce struggle with keeping Hulk inside. Then he just lets go by the end.
I completely agree with this video. Hulk came into the MCU guns blazing and then they turned him into a joke. And after so much to destroy Hulk the ultimate dishonor was having Thanos kick his ass and not giving Hulk a vengeance fight that he wins. I love the first Avengers movie and that’s pretty much all I have. I kinda like Ultron and Ragnarok but it’s bittersweet.
12:30 there was a deleted scene in the wakanda battle that showed bruce trying to reconcile with hulk in the hulkbuster suit. I know it's not canon considering it's a DELETED scene, but I just thought it was worth mentioning.
I can't believe this is only your 21st video. This was *SO* good! Like, *really!!* Your editing style, your script, the arguments you made and the receipts to back 'em up, I loved this! Plus, you're probably the only content creator I've come across that's actually called out Ragnarok for being a dumb jokey cartoon of a movie, I've been saying that for years lol!! Fantastic work, bro! I've subbed and will now binge some more of your content 👍😊
It’s bad enough Hulk can’t even have his own villains anymore. Bi-Beast is a Thor villain, Abomination is a Shang Chi villain, Leader & Red Hulk are Captain America villains, what next? The U-Foes become Fantastic Four villains? Okay, I get that the U-Foes are evil versions of the Fantastic Four, but those guys have been Hulk villains since their debut & what happened to Betty after the 2008 movie?
@ItsWRMZ 🤦♂️ The "I'm always angry" line is just something that's supposed to sound cool and isn't meant to be taken literally. Hulk listened to Cap because he hadn't attacked Hulk and because what he told Hulk to do is "smash", which Hulk loves to do. Remember, he did punch Thor later on during the Battle of New York because he remembered that Thor attacked him on the Helicarrier. Black Widow presumably calmed down the Hulk because they had no way of knowing how long it would take for him to revert back to Bruce Banner after their battle against those Hydra members, and they didn't want to have to worry about him potentially causing damage to the quinjet that the Avengers use when they would go to leave & return to Avengers Tower(AKA Stark Tower). Hulk actually did pretty well against the Hulkbuster Armor for most of his fight with Iron Man. The only reason that he didn't win the fight is because he got distracted when he realized what he had done after he got snapped out of whatever hallucinations he was having that Wanda Maximoff caused him to have, which gave Tony the opportunity to knock Hulk unconscious. Hulk tends to revert back to Bruce when he gets knocked unconscious, so that's presumably what happened after Tony knocked out the Hulk. Before 'The Avengers 3: Infinity War', everything was good when it came to the Hulk in the MCU franchise.
Thats true as a kid Spiderman,Hulk, Wolverine,Superman,Batman is the most popular Superheroes we know.. like Some of the kids dont even watch the movie or read the comic but they know who they are😭
Personally I think Ironman just got a lucky hit in with Hulk. I found that movie to be goated but I can see your point. Hopefully Marvel say that this is just Banner's personality weakening the Hulk and one day show World Breaker Hulk.
@@imanamerican553 For the Thanos bit, I'm thinking it was giving him a strength boost, my proof for this is Thanos, with no gauntlet, getting trashed by his own minions in What if. For Iron man, I rewatched the scene and you got a point. Though you can't deny hulk was doing his damage to the Hulk Buster.
@Ethan-n2v "giving him a strength boost" wrong "My proof for this is thanos, with no gauntlet, getting trashed by his own minions in what if" This is absolutely one of the most horrible braindead shit ice read in a while Iron Man was fighting Hulk while trying to save lives and get Hulk out of the city And yes he suffered some damage to parts of the suit but he was thrashing hulk around like a little boy
4:40 Exactly. Much as I love Hulk, him being used *very* sparingly in the films would've been the best way to establish his raw power. He would've been kinda like Thanos. The looming danger of him is what builds the fear and hype around him. You don't know when he'll come, you don't even know if he WILL. You just know he *could* . And that thought alone is terrifying enough. That right there is the Hulk presence I want. The lack of Hulk presence would give him a strong presence to the audience, if that makes any sense. It would've made the moments he was unleashed much more impactful. To let you know shit got real. I think Hulk is a character you build *around* , not ontop of. That's not to say Hulk can't change, it's moreso that his change can't be tied to only when we see him. And no, I don't mean offscreen, ew. It's such a damn shame Universal has the rights to him. Those rights that they're doing fuck all with. I've been into the Hulk ever since I was a kid. Ironically enough though, the MCU was how I was introduced to the character. After Avengers, I was a Hulkomaniac. He was my favorite Avenger, and when I talk about him like this and think about the depth and potential depth of him, he still is. In the MCU he's one of the least interesting characters when he honestly should be one of the most. In recent years I've sorta forgotten about the poor fella. With the way he was treated in the MCU, my hype and passion for him died off slowly. I was still hype whenever he showed up, but those moments became fewer and fewer. I was excited in Ragnarok about his bout with Thor, but honestly his entrance is better than the fight. The buildup is intense and cool, you see puffs of green gas throughout the audience, they're cheering loud as hell as he breaks through the wall. It's genuinely awesome, I've never related more to a fictional audience in my life. The fight was alright and the Loki callback was fun, but the buildup and initial entrance was so much better by comparison. Then came Infinity War. Seeing Hulk get clapped so easily hurt. A lot. But I expected that to setup an eventual rematch and redemption. I was alright with the whole Hulk being disobedient. At the time I saw this as a crazy amount of setup for the King's return. Then Professor Hulk happened and my interest in him flatlined. I'm gonna be honest with you. I'm desperate. Desperate as hell. I am so fucking desperate for SOMETHING to reinvigorate my love for Hulk. Marvel's Avengers was a flicker of hope. Then I saw the shit talk and bad reviews on it. And *even then* I was so desperate that I STILL played the game just because I wanted to play as Hulk so badly, even if it sucked. I'm dry. The kid in me who loved Hulk so much that he bought and wore the absolute hell outta the Hulk hands has been dry for years and it really hurts. Genuinely. I'm just so angry and sad that it feels like no one cares about him anymore. I know that's not true, but man does it feel like it sometimes. And this is coming from a guy who has never touched a comic book in his entire life. Literally, the Avengers movies and Incredible Hulk (2008) are all that have been fueling this insane love for this character. No matter how wrong they do him, I can never stop loving this character. And god, I can't even begin to imagine how horrible it is for Hulk fans who've been fans longer than I have, consumed so much more Hulk media than I have. Ugh. This just feels bad. They deserve better. Hulk and Bruce deserve better.
Fully agreed. The fight was a rigged one in end game on purpose and everyone knew it, but it was force fed down everyone's throat. We need the real Hulk back and whatever we have now just isn't acceptable. 😑 I love your video thank you so much. 😏
Hulk isnt a gag character, something these people in hollywood just cannot seem to understand. The hulk by the original story concept is a tragic character. Can you imagine if they made batman into a goof that cracks jokes? Yeah, people would be pissed. This is exactly what is happened with hulk. Not buying another thing marvel/disney related until they fix this sh!t
Don't think anything could beat that moment where Black Widow says "I swear on my life." and that was what guaranteed Hulk's appearance. Bruce Banner being constantly irritated, but contained, was a nice way of showing how much control he had gained since the Incredible Hulk Movie. And him snapping at Natasha was really because it was the second time she lied to him. The first being in that shack and he scares her. It wasn't just a prank, but a way of explaining just how dangerous the Hulk was. And how she had no idea.
Here’s why you a bit Naive about the anger thing. In the 2008 film it’s established that he’s trying to control his anger, or his heart rate. And at the end before he jumps out of the helicopter they talk about trying to aim it. Which works. So in avengers he’s mastered his anger, where the only way hulk was gonna come out was in danger. But that means he attacks the first thing he sees, which was black widow. Thor attacked him first so they also fought. At the end In the city he unleashed his anger onto the leviathan making that his new target and realizing no one else is trying to hurt him he someone is able to be amicable with the avengers.
Here’s my rewrite: in the fight against Hulkbuster, Hulk would obliterate the Hulkbuster and almost kill Tony Stark. Hulk realizes the destruction he did so he powers down to banner and surrenders to the government. At the end of the film, the heroes of earth sends Hulk to outer space believing his to dangerous for planet earth. Next, let’s say that Disney gives millions dollars to universal and does a full on Planet Hulk movie. Maybe this film is a prequel and the film happens in 2019? Planet Sakar, The Red King is the main villain, Korg and Meik are Hulk’s friends who way more serious characters, Caiera is introduced, Hulk’s world wide revolution, Silver surfer could appear because Disney would have the rights of FF and X-Men in 2018 and etc. No Taikia waiti, No Thor, No stupid jokes. In infinity war, Hulk would go to earth to warn the avengers about Thanos. He helps iron man and Dr. Strange fight Cull Obsidian and Ebody Maw. He then goes the Battle of wakanda and assist the rest of the Avengers. He would fight Cull Obsidian while also be fighting off outriders. He’s able to kill Cull Obsidian by chucking him to the force filed but because he was too busy with Cull, he isn’t with the rest of the Avengers and Thanos just like in the film wins by stealing the mind stolen and snapping his fingers. Finally, in endgame Hulk makes amends with fellow avengers, evolves into the world breaker and give Thanos a fight for his life. Maybe have Ebony Maw sees Thanos losing to Hulk so Maw teleports Hulk into outer space. Thanos is way more bloodied and beaten up in this version because of the Hulk and just like in the original, Iron Man snaps his fingers and kills Thanos. oh and also in avengers 1, for the chase scene, replace Black widow with Betty Ross. They literally got her dad in civil war. Hulk would feel bad for harming Betty so he would want to redeem himself by helping the Avengers. Bruce would be with Betty. Natasha would be with Bucky.
Earth Mightiest Heroes is still the best avengers adaptation TO THIS DAY And even if we haven't got, great Hulk adaptation in live action, at least we still have Hulk Ultimate Destruction.
The only way I can like the hulk again is if Dr. Strange accidentally teleport another Green Hulk variant that lives up to the true embodiment of the hulk
I wouldn't say he lost his fight to Ironman in AoU. He was destroying Tony's Hulkbuster suit, and in turn was destroying the city. Once he noticed the destruction he was causing, he considerably calmed down, and Tony snuck him. That's the same as claiming Goku lost to Majin Vegeta because he turned his back and got sucker punched.
I feel like Professor Hulk would’ve been fine if they had shown Bruce becoming him. Having it happen all off screen makes it feel so cheap and undeserved.
You hit the nail on the head in every aspect of the Hulk in the MCU. He's not the Hulk, he's the Julk (Joke)..... I hate how Hulk has been handled and he's been very misused in the MCU and I really wish someone somewhere would make us a proper Hulk movie outside of the MCU.
Thats because in the comics its basically the same and most of the time it doesn't works. And thats because even banner doesn't entirely understand the true power he possess at this time. Remember that hulk and ba'ner are two different entites so puny banner helping tony making a big armor doesnt change hulk breaking it like paper.
@FelAhKiin But let's not forget that we're talking about the Hulk from the MCU. In the comics maybe, but in the movies making the Hulk so powerful I don't know if it would be a good idea, besides, the MCU Hulk only lost one time when fighting thanos
in the comics, hulk folds the hulkbuster almost all the time, yeah it holds off hulk but only for a short time, eventually hulk wrecks it. in world war hulk, the hulkbuster didn't even last 5 minutes.
I agree with all of it. There was one old hag who claimed herself a screenwriter trying to settle an argument with the hulk. She told me she was relieved hulk wasn’t scary. Then there was also the TH-cam commenter known as summertyme saying that it was a character arc. Those people clearly didn’t read a single hulk comic.
Clearly neither have u seeing as in the majority of comic runs Hulk and Banner come to some sort of an understanding and coexistence with each other even if that understanding and coexistence is not great, not only that but it is a character arc, I don't think u understand what a character arc is, u sound like the creator of Kratos crying over the new Kratos being a dad.
@@xxxmitty9714 dude I knew smart hulk was a thing. That’s not what I was upset about. But even smart hulk wasn’t afraid to smash a bit and show some rage in the comics. I wanted to see smart hulk get some redemption against thanos or at least the deleted scene from infinity war. If they kept the deleted scene with banner bursting out of the armor, then I would’ve been okay with it. What I am upset about is the fact that they executed it off screen and the fact the writers and directors didn’t know what to do with him.

U mean him trying to help the avengers with time travel and him being a part of the time heist?
Rewrite for Hulk at the Final Battle: It would’ve had Iron Man, Cap and Thor fight Thanos and during the 3 way battle where Thanos is winning, the ground starts to shake. The entire world would shake, a giant green ram shoots out from the sky and Gigantic amounts of green energy just explodes everywhere and it’s revealed to be the Hulk. Not only is Hulk angry again but he’s in his World Breaker Form. Both the heroes and the villains are shocked and scared. Hulk let’s out a monstrous roar and proceeds to decimate Thanos’s forces. Turing the tide. Hulk then would fight Thanos. Hulk would then absolutely beat the crap out of Thanos and is winning effortlessly. Thanos realizing that he is loosing, he tells the Sanctuary (his warship in the sky) to raid a giant laser at Hulk. The giant laser beam would hit Hulk and send him flying. He’s able to regenerate his injuries but stumbles and is dazed by the beam and is far away from the others.

Hulk was acknowledged as Hulk not Banner by Captain America, so it might explain why he was on board for the Avengers battle.

In my honest opinion the best interpretations of the hulk we ever got was The Hulk (2003) and The Incredible Hulk (2008)

He at least got more than one solo movie
Fat thor 😢
It's hard to see your favorite superhero get done so dirty for so long. But at least in the comics, he just recently humbled thanos something fierce

hulk is like a toddler he’ll listen some times but he also throws a tantrum some times
Honestly should've kept him as the raging meathead loaf that he was, better than smart hulk and coward hulk
That would have been great, and his rematch against the young Thanos could have been savage.
I said it before I'll say it again Ang Lee's Hulk is an underrated masterpiece
Exactly
I remember renting that movie in a hotel absolutely bloody ages ago :)
Underrated? ✅
Masterpiece? ❌
Danny Elfman's score. The swell in the music 🥶🥶🥶
The film showing Banner & Hulk being separate beings.
The ending of the Incredible Hulk shows Banner learning how to turn into the Hulk by will by his eyes glowing green and him smiling.
The only hope we have is if they follow through with their reboot after Secret Wars and we get new actors and new stories, hopefully we get the chance to have a better represented Hulk on the big screen.
he lost to Iron Man. He is not hulk anymore. He is an oversized green bean. I can’t believe they did him like this.😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

2:54 honestly I'd be fine with hulk losing to Thanos. If Thanos was forced to use the power stone it wouldn't have been so bad. Losing by being blasted by the most powerful item in the universe is nothing to he ashamed of. Being toyed with and dismissed is.
I thought he was going to be himself at the end of the movie to fight that one guy Bruce beat with the hulk buster but instead the last thing I'll see from the hulk was him being a pussy for over 2 hours then getting professors hulk for 5 years
And the fact that ONLY the power stone could manage to defeat you is a huge flex in its own regard
I always interpreted the "I'm always angry" line as Banner saying he's always at the brink of snapping and having Hulk take over, rather than saying he can always control it
for f sake marvel, just make an R rated Hulk movie already, or let sony do it. Stop neutering ma boy, come on man.

The characters have been nerfed in live action ever since Disney bought Marvel.
Devil Hulk
Nortons hulk ,that is how he should look like , terrifying
i think Marvel don't have the rights to the Hulk

Universal own him I’m pretty sure
afaik they got the rights to Hulk back from Universal somewhat recently
They haven't had distribution rights to hulk movies for a while, so they couldn't make solo hulk films without Universal, only able to have him in avengers or other character films. They got the rights back somewhat recently, so they can make more if they want
they do not have rights to make solo movie hulk for 15 year. last solo hulk movie was in 2008, so from 2023 we could got second movie of hulk, but...

Betty got snapped in IW
@ItsWRMZ
🤦♂️ The "I'm always angry" line is just something that's supposed to sound cool and isn't meant to be taken literally.
Not only that but hulk got blasted with gas in the fight, not to mention the Bruce helped build the hulkbuster.

@@Ethan-n2vthanos didn't use the power stone once he just completely overpowered the hulk with no effort
Lucky hit? He was completely destroying and fucking up the hulk throughout the entire fight
@Ethan-n2v "giving him a strength boost" wrong
"My proof for this is thanos, with no gauntlet, getting trashed by his own minions in what if"
This is absolutely one of the most horrible braindead shit ice read in a while
Iron Man was fighting Hulk while trying to save lives and get Hulk out of the city
And yes he suffered some damage to parts of the suit but he was thrashing hulk around like a little boy
Hulk peaked in age of Ultron
The 'leave me alone' scene from the incredible hulk movie was both cool and scary to me as a kid.

Exactly.
They seriously fumbled and it's such a shame because Mark Ruffalo is a great actor
Bro as a D-1 Hulk glazzer thank you because its been hard the past few years to glaze him with all the crap the MCU did to my boy
Fully agreed. The fight was a rigged one in end game on purpose and everyone knew it, but it was force fed down everyone's throat.
We need the real Hulk back and whatever we have now just isn't acceptable. 😑
I love your video thank you so much. 😏
We need an immoral Hulk comic book run. Turns Hulk back into a monster
You are talking straight facts about MCU Hulk they have absolutely failed him. 1:43 I absolutely miss 2008 version of Hulk 3000
How did MCU Hulk go from being a highlight and the best part of the movie he was into a after thought
I agree with the fact that he's been nerfed
Earth Mightiest Heroes is still the best avengers adaptation TO THIS DAY
And even if we haven't got, great Hulk adaptation in live action, at least we still have Hulk Ultimate Destruction.
Great video
Complaining that hulk lost to iron man in an armor that was created with BRUCE'S HELP just to defeat hulk is crazy
He probably does needs some sort of limiter for the MCU
in the comics, hulk folds the hulkbuster almost all the time, yeah it holds off hulk but only for a short time, eventually hulk wrecks it.
in world war hulk, the hulkbuster didn't even last 5 minutes.
I find it funny how so little people know that smart hulk has always been a thing.
@@b00m_box14 someone didn't watch she-hulk, smart hulk did smash a bit and got angry in that show, also bro throws a bench and fights in endgame, not only that but the scene where he gets embarrassed from his past that's just a human thing to do, not only that but that deleted scene can't and wouldn't fit in infinity war seeing as hulk not wanting to come out or even do anything in that movie is a testament to Thanos's strength and of course they're gonna do it off screen cause there's a five year time jump between infinity war and endgame and of course the hulk would be more up to it seeing as Thanos is dead in those five years, the writers didn't know what to do with smart hulk? U mean him trying to help the avengers with time travel and him being a part of the time heist?
@@xxxmitty9714 I did. that show was not good to me. The only reason I watched the show was for daredevil. But I ain’t trying to change your opinion.
@@xxxmitty9714 also, the russos even admitted that they didn’t know what to do with him.
Rewrite for Hulk at the Final Battle:
It would’ve had Iron Man, Cap and Thor fight Thanos and during the 3 way battle where Thanos is winning, the ground starts to shake.
0:27 "You made a fool of me,
but them broken dreams have got to end"
7:37 thank you. I thought I was the only one
8:29 "Hulk is by far the strongest avenger" while the avenger that can rival him is on screen
Nah the Hulk is the strongest
The Hulk is stronger than Thor. Thor is just better at aiming his powers and has better technique.
@@SalvoEditsThor vs Hulk is debatable, but there’s no way Hulk should be getting beat by Iron Man
@@Nickelback8469 yup he isn't getting beat by Ironman
Even professor hulk snapped the infinity stones which are all six aspects of the universe and endured it and that also upscales his durability and the reason why it looked like he was struggling is because he tried bringing back romanoff
He scales above planetary with that feat
Most people don't realise how big of a feat that is and it also surpasses any of thors feat
Also professor hulk isn't that weak either but comparing him to his other forms he's definitely weaker and besides that he's also trained in combat and was a top gladiator who's combat is on par with thor who's trained by odin
To be fair in most comics whenever they fight hulk usually wins. Like I feel like Thor can beat the hulk but the hulk takes it like 8/10 times.
Honestly the more I watch the MCU the more I dislike it. So unrealistic and bad, almost goofy
