My parents forced me to see my pastor at 7 years old because I wasn't screaming at church , speaking "in tongues" flip flopping all over the floor jumping on people where they would knock me off my chair. They sent me to m pastor at 7 years old when his wife was gone and he asked me to take my clothes because "Jesus told me" He then said God should rub me down with oil everywhere.......yes everywhere. I've been an Atheist since and he is in prison because I wasn't the only one......we were in the dozens

True, but one of the ways to expedite getting out of prison is to claim you have become religious. So while there are many religious people in prison, some may be using it as a method to show reabilitation to have their sentences shortened and have no true belief in a deity.

Normally I would call this the "Argument from Ickiness”: It’s gross to me so it can’t possibly be anything but gross to everyone else and must also be wrong/a lie/impossible/unacceptable/immoral/harmful/destructive for absolutely everyone. Indentured servitude. That was normally done to people within the community as a punitive measure, usually to pay back a debt. I doubt that they considered those people depraved and uncivilized.
Would imagine the atheistic / pagan Asians who conquered and enslaved Christian Slavic people for 400 years like the Christian Russian people. I would imagine the Christian Russian people were more civilized educated than the pagan agents that were enslaving them at the time.. but I'm not an expert on the subject .

I'd be terrified to see Joe's search history.
I've had so many conversations with Christians about this Bible/slavery business, and they are almost always ignorant of the passages where this is stated, and quick to dismiss it as "that was okay back then."
But they always miss the point that an objective morality constructed by an all-powerful God would not change with the times. And that religions merely reinterpret passages, or just ignore them when they no longer support the morals they now have. They have changed with the advance of civilization, and they have revised the parts of the Bible that matter in order to pretend like it is the cause of our new morality.
I always ask them: why did god think slavery was a good thing back then. Why isn't it a good thing now? Did god say it's not a good thing anymore?

Slavery? Let me educate you. The only "slaves" were the Hebrew slaves under Pharaoh. And THERE WERE NO RULES for them. The rest that most people think were "slaves," were actually "servants." We know that by the fact there THERE WERE RULES. "Rules" make them servants - not slaves. And those servants were voluntary, because of debt owed. Example: Jacob had to work 7 yrs just to pay for his wife. And his wife's Father cheated Jacob, saying he had to marry his older daughter. So THEN Jacob had to work another 7 yrs to get the bride he wanted - Rebecca. And if Rebecca's father died, his oldest son could inherit the debt owed by Jacob - having it passed onto him.

I was waiting for him to say he was The Great Cornholio. My hometown is very religious (we had a big Catholic miracle back in 1988, but I fear the Protestants more) and we used to have the highest REPEAT teen pregnancy rate in the US. Maybe we still do, I dunno. We were also ranked the third most dangerous city in the US in 2021 (again, I'm not up on my current data). We're not praying hard enough, I guess. On the positive side, we haven't had a major tornado since 1970.
My depravity comes from religious trauma. Atheism has helped me heal from that trauma. Now I'm just freaky.

Let assume that life was created. Intelligent design does not proof god exist. What about other intelligent space race that can create life. It opens other possibilities but cant be 100% proof that god exist. What you think about this?
Then the same question can be asked for that other life form... But somehow it doesn't apply to the most complex entity possible that they call "god" (you cannot say that an omniscient entity is a simple entity. Finite intelligence is complicated, you can't say an infinitely intelligent entity is simple. Same for omnipotent)...
1. It just kicks the can down the road, and isn't a solution to the origin of life.
2. It _unnecessarily_ multiples complexity, thus running afoul of Occam's Razor.
3. Origin of Life research has already solved the majority of the outstanding issues around the question of a local and _NATURAL_ origin for abiogenesis.
