Come on yall. Let's throw some money together and get him a parts washer. It's only 130 from harbor freight. He deserves one.
I’ll get another one, at some point.
Parts washer let’s get him a metal building!
I actually got one that he can have and it’s a little bigger than the harbor freight. I don’t need it anymore as I have a newer one and it still works perfectly it’s only 4 years old
Im on, just tell us how to chip in
Arkansas Wavin
I get my brake clean from Warehouse Services Inc and its like 40$ for a dozen. Definitely shop around!
I like how that motor is built, hydraulic adjusters, nice! I clean parts on the floor often as well.
Looking forward to hearing it run.
thanks rock.great video again!!
Great video cant wIt for the first start
Loving this project and your producing better and better each go...kudos island pond!
Sorry Rock. Cross hatch isn’t for marking a seal, its solely for oil retention. Love the videos.
My bad, Sorry for the wrong information. I’m glad you enjoy the channel though!
@@rockspowersports no problem. Hope I didn’t come across as a know it all hahaha. I work on atvs just like you man. Watching your videos makes me want to make them as well. Always wanted to start my own channel just never had the motivation. Plus it’s a ton of work. Really respect the hustle. Keep it up.
Good job Rock,always a great video.☃️👍👍🇨🇦
Use O reiley brand brake kleen it`s better, dries super fast and It`s $56 a case here in East TN or a harbor freight parts washer and PSC 1000 from Tractor supply. Works awesome. Just my Opinion. Love your videos Brother
Another quest saved!
Love it keep it up rock
Long or short doesn’t matter love the content !
Loved the video man, id watch em no matter how long they where
Thanks, I appreciate that!
Good morning!
Good morning!
Looking good 👍
First from Hungary 🍻
Definitely needs a parts washer
surprised you do the cans of brakleen instead of buying it in bulk and using a sure shot sprayer or something like that. probably be cheaper in the end.
Try using diesel fuel for cleaning works great for me
Walmart brand brake cleaner is phenomenal and cheap
Seriously, I go through 3 or more cases a month. Stuff is legit good.
brother, maybe try and use paint thiner to clean those engine parts... it's almost like gasoline and it might be cheaper
I remember when the traxter xt came out 1998/99. A person in our riding group had one, it was like a mini tank compared to atv’s of its day. Did you know John Deere and bombardier had a joint effort and John Deere had the buck and trail buck? (ie traxter and quest)
Damn a day late mb howdy duty from indiana
@rockspowersports, have you tried installing the piston in the bore while on the bench leaving just enough sticking out to put the piston pin in ? I think it’s easier doing it that way.
I have never actually tried it like that, sounds like a good idea though!
@@rockspowersports it really is easier.
Hola, i see you from Mxico. Can you tel me where did you get orings, gaskets?
I am in the US but I bought these out of Canada.
@@rockspowersports gntleman, can you give me thr address or the name of the page for get parts for that atv?
I have a question Love your videos That's not the question but I'm looking at a Moto 4 350 that needs timing set I've tried looking up videos how to do it and it seems like they all just say look for this this and this but never actually say how to adjust anything could you possibly if you have time I know you're busy Make a video about how to actually set timing or if you have a video already showing how to can you tell me which one thank you so much in advance
And never mind😂
Great work! This is how it's done.
Did you figure it out must be?
@@rockspowersports Yes sir none of them actually explained how you would just one side and not the other I asked the question and then a couple minutes later you literally showed how it's done couldn't get any better 😂
You can buy brake clean in bulk for much cheaper
I think you need a parts cleaner!
Day 2 of asking for a toolbox tour
That rebuild is 1 dropped bolt from being a 3 day project 😂😂
Pretty much any project is lol
Idk about this " we'll start it in the next video" maybe I won't watch that video.😂
