Have missed you. Thought maybe you'd been kidnapped or something. Can't leave us like that since your channel is the best and leaves us waiting for the next...
I'm from England and I love the old American trucks. I find your videos amazing and it just shows how things were built to last in the old days, sometimes I look at the thumbnail and I think that's just a pile of rusty bent metal that's not going to run but you do it. Great job keep going please.
Mercurochrome is merbromin, much less toxic than Merthiolate and still used today in a good portion of the world as an antiseptic and in biology as an assay dye.

Mr Jennings your fun curious and patient attitude really makes your videos stand out. Awesome!! Love seeing these old rusty hulks brought back to life. You inspired me to buy an old 1930 AA doodlebug that's sat since the 70s, currently trying to unstuck it! 😄😄
The little bottle was mercurochrome. It was a very popular antiseptic back in the day. I'm 40, and remember my grandmother using that stuff on cuts and scrapes. It burned like fire.

FINALLY a new Mr. Jennings video!
Was gettin worried he'd left but here we are!
lets go!!!
Indeed, I was wondering where he was too.
Where?
You said it🤝
Only guy I know who works on an engine while it's on 🔥. God, I love this channel
The engine fire looked warm and inviting, should make a loop of it, and play it on my TV for the holidays.
Carburetors roasting on an open fire, Ether nipping at my nose...
All that was missing were a marshmallow or two.

Notice how he stays so positive. I usually get frustrated, You’re an inspiration friend. 🙏
"Fixing the cut with mercury", ahh yes, the good ol' days haha.
Mercurachrome
Methiolate
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
In this case, the substance is also known as thiomersal, the preservative agent unfairly targeted as a supposed cause of autism.
Merthiolate and mercurochrome !
Merthiolate was the go-to for 1950's owies. Burned like nothing else and turned skin a fluorescent pink. Sure was more painful than the injury.
