      Can i get the 125 cc cylinder kit from same supplier ? I got a 125 engine thats locked up and would like to rebuild it and swap it out for my 110 . Any help would be great , and keep up the great vids , i know alot of people put down the china atv but they seem to forget the motors are honda clones and honda has been doing it right for a long time this is why the motors are used in the china buggies as well as atvs , sure the chassy parts can be crap but if you take care of the motors they can last a long time ..

    God bless bro! There is not alot of videos and manuals on these engines. I attempted to open one up and figure out why it would pop out of gear. A r-n-d 125cc which I believe is very similar? Well the engines were cheaper back in 2015 so after a month of the engine just in parts on my work bench, I opted to buy a new engine instead since the rebuild kit/ gaskets were half the price of the new engine. I went to a 3 speed semiautomatic with reverse. Now years later I have 6 atvs. For the family to ride around our property. On the 3 speed, I have 2 atvs that will pop out of 2nd gear randomly. Do you have a clue what this might be? Any info would be greatly appreciated..

    Hello! I have a 125cc Tao Tao and it’s idling really high sounds like if I have the full throttle opened. I replaced the throttle cable, carb and the manifold thinking that was the issue because of an ir leak there but it still sounds like I have Throttle opened. Do you think it could be one of the head gaskets?

    I have a 110 cc kazuma, the engine seems very similar. Wondering if you know wether the oilpump and oil pickup tube are accesible from the clutch side? I drained oil, let it sit for too long and now I lost prime on the pump.

      @PraskaBoysGarage  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's been a minutes since I've replaced a oil pump so without it being in front of me I'm not 100% sure, but I am 99% confident it's on the clutch side in front of the crankshaft gear.

    • @PraskaBoysGarage
      @PraskaBoysGarage  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Bridge the 2 terminals for the starter relay. Watch my most recent video and I show you how to do that in the first 5 minutes.

    Thank you for your great videos.. what carburetor size would you suggest for a atv chinese 125cc. Mine starts losing power on 3rd gear, but fine on 1st and 2nd. It came with a carb 19pz. I'm wondering if that might be the problem. (Not enough air coming in ??)

    • @PraskaBoysGarage
      @PraskaBoysGarage  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey you bet, glad you've liked them! The 125cc uses the PZ22, however if you want to get full potential I would recommend buying a VM22 26mm Mikuni knock off for $32 bucks off Amazon. That's what I do because it's way cheaper then a factory Mikuni but still give you a better throttle response and power. amzn.to/3qfbZdu

    Gday mate I'm restoring a quad bike and I'm currently working on the engine. There's a lot of sand inside of it as the carbi, intake manifold and other pieces were missing. Anyway I was wondering what you used to clean the sludge out of the bottom. And what would you recommend I use to clean the engine out

    • @PraskaBoysGarage
      @PraskaBoysGarage  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      When spraying it out I just use regular carb cleaner. If your not splitting the case I use diesel fuel to flush out the rest.

    Can you put a 90 or 110 cylinder & piston on a 50cc engine? Is everything the same between these 50, 70, 90 and 110's besides the cylinder/piston bore size?

    Hi! Im teaching myself how to work on engines by working on lawnmowers and i recently bought a pit bike to restore which is a big step up. This video is amazing and i love the mix of good acting and delivery of information. My one question is what was the diesel used for?

    • @PraskaBoysGarage
      @PraskaBoysGarage  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Thanks, I'm glad you like the content! Diesel is a good cleaner/degreaser that doesn't have any negative effects on the motor. I works best if your trying to clean sludge out of a motor that's been sitting for awhile. You use diesel because you wouldn't want to fill it up with a degreaser or worse soap and water. Just fill the case up, let it sit for a day, shake the crap out of it, empty and fill with oil. Cleans all the junk out nicely!

    Thanks for the videos- new subscriber. I’ve owned and repaired GY6 150cc’s but I am struggling with a 2015 Coolster 125cc Gokart (6125). Typically I just download a parts diagram and engine service manual then make my way through it. I have scoured the web with no luck and even spoke to Coolster who claims they don’t even have a parts diagram for it WTH? If you or any subscribers have any resources or can point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it. So many questions and no way to find the answers. Your video has been the most helpful.

      Thanks Corey! Make sure you have a good ground wire without corrosion. Check your kill switch with a ohms reader. If you still don't have spark there is a good chance your CDI box is bad.
