Looks great! Going to replace the milk with frozen bananas as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the estrogen and BLV in dairy. Thank you so much for sharing
Be careful the little raised bit on top can end up breaking the machine. Free with the lid off :) also run it under warm water for a few seconds before the first spin it makes all the difference
Thank you for these recipes! They sound wonderful and they look even better! I have to try PE science I haven't found a protein powder that I really like and when I don't use protein powder I always use fat-free Fairlife and or almond milk and 1/8 tsp guar gum as a base...and sometimes I put in a container of fat free vanilla Greek yogurt. But I will definitely be trying these soon and have put PE science on my shopping list. Again thank you for these recipes.💗🍨🍦
I love these. Can't get a Creami anytime soon but based on what you've shown and my experience with a 1400 watt Ninja, I could perhaps try freezing 3/4 of the required milk and leaving the remainder as liquid, blend (including half the cookie) and then crumble the remaining cookie on top.
I had to remake this pint because the container didn’t work in the creami since there was a little bent part at the top 😭 and I guess I used the footage from the first time I filmed it
That’s a great question. Im also thinking of making them in big batches and keeping them in regular ice cream tubs and using the ninja tubs for extra ice cream prep
ice cream is good and all but have u ever tried making gelato in ur Creami? I made a recipe for it and it’s amazing and I’ve been missing out on it for so long
@@FitFoodAEalso don’t use the gelato setting, it just turns it runny. If you want to make gelato what you’d do is For regular custard gelato you’d whisk the eggs and sweetener together then cook the liquid then add the hot milk liquid to egg mixture and cook for a little more. For easier (Sicilian gelato) put aside about 1/4 of the milk (then add protein or whatever to the other part as usual) and in the milk you set aside stir in about 2.5tbsp cornstarch (or other starch) until mixed then cook the milk, add the cornstarch mixture and cook until it’s thicker than sweetened condensed milk (don’t burn it) Make sure you cool the mixture before freezing to prevent ruining your freezer
Calories in calories out tbh. I feel more satisfied with whole milk since I always drank it as a kid growing up but to each their own. Almost everything else I'll go lower cal version but I can't help my milk drinking habit lmao
kinda funny.. when girls do fitness they try to avoid calories.. when men bulk up they wonder how they can eat enough calories. im constantly struggling to eat enough to keep up muscle growth. creami is actually something i wanna try to help with that. :-)
A lot of these creami recipes use sugar free pudding. It might not bother these 20 something year old you tubers but for us ice cream lovers in our 50s all those phosphates and aspartame might not be ideal and all the sugar in the regular pudding is no good. What is a good way to make the ice cream without the pudding mix? Extra protein powder and xanthan gum?
The aspartame in sugar free pudding is so minimal you'd need like 50 packs to even reach a level where it would start to affect you. You could use a tiny bit of guar and xanthan to mimic the effect, more casein could also help thicken it
its funny seen you guys telling ninja creami is expensive... in Brazil it costs 5.000,00 of our currency. Now imgine paying 5 thousand dollars on that, THAT'S expensive hahahahahahaha
i just made a chocolate one tonight and mixed in a waffle cone! so good 😋😋
Ok betttt I need to get waffle cones!!

Unsweetened Coconut milk could work great as well...
Of course! ❤️

I’ve heard of the warm water thing! Great tip ☺️
@@FitFoodAE I do a 5 minute bath with warm tap water. (put a heavy bowl on top to keep the pint from flipping over and taking a swim).
Never had an issue with the lump and not removing it ..
@@docholliday4546yeah … for now LMAOOOOO
I was thinking the same thing. I heard it's best to scrape the top with a spoon until it's flat.
You are my favourite food channel right now once i get protein powder I'm gonna try these i swear!!
Thank you so much! ❤️ also I have recipes without protein ☺️

So excited for you to try PEScience!! You’ll love it ❤️
@@FitFoodAE Me too! 💗
And your recipes ☺
Thank you
Peanut butter, pistachio, gingerbread, coconut cream, cherry pie, lemon pie, orange cream, and lastly my favorite...butter pecan! ☺☺
Ouuu these are good ones
@@FitFoodAE Thanks! 🥰🥰
Just bought my deluxe and started looking for ideas!!!❤❤❤
So excited for you!! ❤️
Love my Ninja Creami….have a pint almost every day
Amazinggg love it

Ah okay lmk how that goes!! Thank you 🫶☺️
Now this is what I’m talking about!
Woooo yes
Ahhhh .... Should not have watched this video while I'm hungry. I might buy a ninja creamy now haha
Haha it’s a must
Where do you get your Jello sugar free fat free pudding from?
Đo you substitute the same amount of xantam gum for the pudding mix?
I would like to know also because I’m on a medical keto diet so pudding has way to many carbs.
No. Most recipes say only about a half to one gram per pint. No more or the texture will be a bit gummy.
She's goated !
Ayyyy
So the maple goes in with a green lid & comes out of freezer with a blue…. lol… love your recipes 🙌🏼
I had to remake this pint because the container didn’t work in the creami since there was a little bent part at the top 😭 and I guess I used the footage from the first time I filmed it
If you only eat half serving and then store for next day, do you have to respin it again? Or is it really only good to be ate in one sitting?
That’s a great question. Im also thinking of making them in big batches and keeping them in regular ice cream tubs and using the ninja tubs for extra ice cream prep
Yes you can respin it and eat it the next day. However I find that it’s not as good, like it’s a bit icy 😢
ice cream is good and all but have u ever tried making gelato in ur Creami? I made a recipe for it and it’s amazing and I’ve been missing out on it for so long
No but I have to try that now omg

egg yolks* (3)
Have you tried lactose free milk or just almond milk?
You can defs use lactose free!
Can I use only almond milk?
Could you please fo a Vega original protein ninja creamy vanilla protein ice cream 🍦
might wanna double check that pronunciation of "pint"
Thanks for nothing. Now I can't unhear it! 😂
Was think wtf is a "pent"
If yall don’t know what a pent is, I can’t help you
🤣😂
@Teodora98930 its honestly probablu a dumb trick to get engagement bc look now just pent has hundreds of comment
That cookies and cream recipe literally tastes likes a mcdonalds mcflurry
Right? So good
Wouldn't know. The dang ice cream machines at Mickey D's are always down. lol
Can we have a biscoff cheesecake flavor recipe next? 🫶🏻
Omg yesss yum
Did you know skim milk has more sugar content than whole milk? Fat doesn't make us fat. And fat is flavor.
Calories in calories out tbh. I feel more satisfied with whole milk since I always drank it as a kid growing up but to each their own. Almost everything else I'll go lower cal version but I can't help my milk drinking habit lmao
I just got one
Does it NEED to be 24 hours of freezing
Could be like 6 hours or less right ?
Ok so 24 hours yields the best results but it’s worked for me with like 12 hours… I feel like 6 won’t turn out that well
@@FitFoodAE I just used mine after 24 hours
Very impressed
kinda funny.. when girls do fitness they try to avoid calories.. when men bulk up they wonder how they can eat enough calories. im constantly struggling to eat enough to keep up muscle growth. creami is actually something i wanna try to help with that. :-)
Hi is there any substitute for Jello? We don’t have that in the country I live
Xanthan gum ☺️
Thank you!
How much xantham gum??
Pescience blends well because it has guar gum in it
I’ve noticed you smear the ice cream over the edges of the container before you eat it. Is this a Canadian custom? Never seen that before.
Hahahaha idk
Totally gonna try and do the sub 1/2 almond milk for coffee next time I make a creami!
Yesss
Why do people always add milk and almond milk? Can't you just use almond milk all the way?
Are used to use the phrase stop Dr. robot Nick as a metaphor for crashing the food industry until I realize that some brands are healthier
Is it 100ml of almond milk? Looks like you put same amount as the fair life but it's listed as half the measured amount?
frozen Smirnoff!
Hahahah yes
I swore I wasn’t going to buy a Creami. But after seeing your low calorie recipes…
It’s a must!
When you said pint instead of pint!
Lolll
I shake mine and it leaked everywhere😂😮

Hi you might want to try simply delish pudding mix . No nasty aspartame or sucralose.
@@maryw2870 thank you, I did try that. It’s pretty good.
Good thinking!! I was wondering the same thing! I heard you can also use just powdered gelatin instead but haven’t tried it yet
The problem thete us the eryitol which is bad for pple w heart or blood clots.
If you freeze the ice cream without the lid, the ice cream will not freeze with the hump in the middle.
What can I do if I do not have the ninja machine?
I love this but PLS stop dumping in powder so high up you’re getting it everywhere😭
use a blender bottle
The sounds are triggering the crap out of me but the recipes are good 😂
nope to the almond milk and pudding

1 Oreo??!! Really???!!!
You can use 10 if you want
