A stick blender is a must when working with protein powders. Ditch the pudding mixes and just add guar gum you really don’t need sweeteners either as most protein powders have some in them already. I also tend to make up flavours in double batches vanilla or matcha in vanilla and dark chocolate with extra cocoa powder. When you get the ratios right no additional water or respin needed. Caffeine in both coffee and tea make these middle of the day treats particularly after a workout.
Thanks for the flavour ideas. These look really good. We don’t have fair lite where I live so I use other dairy options. I’m a guy with reasonably high energy demands. I have 2 pints a day. One at breakfast and one after dinner. Each with half a cup of Greek yogurt, protein powder, milk and whatever flavourings / mix ins I want. It’s really helped me maintain a healthier weight. (Increased weight by 50% after being very unwell with anorexia). Trying to keep it up. And yes - caffeine isn’t broken down by freezing :)
Yes the caffeine stays in the ice cream. I learned the hard way. I had a coffee ninja creami at 6 pm. I was wondering why I had so much energy on my evening walk and then I struggled to sleep at night. The next day I realized what happened lol
I made the maple and it came out awesome! Just like butter pecan except I didn't have pecans! I used Sunwarrior maple french toast protein, truvia brown sugar & xantham instead of the pudding mix. I've go get some pecans & make it again!
In my experience, you can follow the same recipe, just eliminate the pudding mix and replace with 1/8 tsp xantham gum or guar gum to achieve the same texture 😊
@@bluebird90757 thanks. I was also hoping to omit the gums!!! So far ive tried gelatin with good results but looking for other options. Glucomannan is also good.
I love the look of all your recipes. I don't know what I do wrong, but it takes me 3 or even 4 re-spins before it stops looking 'powdery' even when I add a bit of liquid? Another thing I have found (and this will sound silly I know as it is 'ice' cream after all) but when I make ice cream in the Ninja it is so cold that it is actually painful to eat. TFS 👍💖
Scraping the sides down is a must in my opinion or else you will have a ton of ice no matter how many spins. Even leaving the pint out for a few or running it under water never solves the ice issue. It would have been awesome if the ninja cremi had a secondary side scrapper lol.
I don’t really mind the ice on the side tbh. I just break it off the sides and eat it as I go, so it doesn’t mix into the centre. Good point though - there’s ways to avoid it if you can be bothered !
I did the chocolate one with regular milk and it ended up not very sweet, over the line of the cups and with ice all around... not very creamy, more frozen milk texture... any suggestions?
@brandonr2188 no thanks I've made great icecream without all the BS chemicals and without protein powders. Healthier as well protein powder has fillers sugar and chemicals with natural and artificial flavors No thanks
Does the Fairlife impact the texture or are you just using it to amp up the protein? Since you're using fat-free, it would stand to reason that all almond milk would work (?)
@@FitFoodAE I’m not so much of a vedge protein fan… would be awesome if you could test out the vegan Pescience powders! Such a great company and u love baking with them wish I could get them to work well w the creamis

I bought the stick immersion blender thingie and for some reason it didn’t work even after I put batteries LOL
The Creami is such a game changer. Have a pint 4-5x a week.
Love thattt yes I agree
Nice ! I have 2 a day usually haha. Breakfast and post dinner snack
@@FitFoodAEdo you have a special security low calorie iced coffee ☕️ recipe?
This is the best Ninja creami basic recipes I have been looking for. Thank you!!
So happy to hear that 🫶

Hahaha oh no!! But thank you for confirming that for me
I use Decaf coffee so I can eat it anytime
These look awesome! I think the one I'm most looking forward to is maple - it's the first one I'm going to make! Just subscribed.
Aw thank you glad to have you!!

Thanks! I'd love to see some recipes with the same or similar texture and macros but without pudding mix! Thank you!

@@bluebird90757 And it would improve the macros!
Hi I’m in England, when you say pudding mix; do you mean cake mix? Thanks.
@schnapps9040 pudding mix = custard powder
I just tried your chocolate ice cream recipe and it was great! Thank you!
I’m glad ☺️🫶
Thank you so much for including written recipes!
Of course!
I love my Ninja Creami! I blend up Keto Chow protein shakes and spin!! Easy!
Does the pudding mix help with texture?
Yea but you can omit it as long as you use 1g xanthan gum or guar gum
@@FitFoodAE thank you!

Thank you! I’d recommend this video where I share a bunch of ninja creami tips th-cam.com/video/vgTa2_TL2Rc/w-d-xo.htmlsi=45qtyCudXwtUavia
You should see a dentist
Great video! Can you provide the Deluxe Creami measurements?
I’ve never owned one of those so I’m not sure how it would differ
The general rule I've seen elsewhere is to multiply each ingredient by 1.5
What is the reason for adding the almond milk and not just going with all Fairlife for the protein benefit???
You can defs do that, I just wanted the macros to be a bit better
Do all these recipes work with a regular ice cream maker that churns?
I can't get pudding mix in my country. Could I also use something like 0.5g of xanthan gum to avoid ice crystals and for thickness?
Yes you don't need the pudding mix I can't get the sugar free one either just use 1/4 tsp of Xanthan or Guar gum instead

why do you do the lite ice cream recipe as opposed to the regular?
How many oreos were used? Those macros seem a bit off
Since you like PEscience you could try a peppermint bark when they release that seasonal flavor.
Yuummm good idea
Have you done a strawberry cheesecake flavor?
Yes I have! Was posted like 5 months ago, check the ninja creami playlist
I did the chocolate one with regular milk and it ended up not very sweet, over the line of the cups and with ice all around... not very creamy, more frozen milk texture... any suggestions?
Hi Amanda. TH-cam sent you to me. I appreciate you having well defined playlists. I will check them out.
Thank you!! Happy you’re here ☺️
Can you make any vid without using a protein powder
just go buy regular ice cream at that point
@brandonr2188 no thanks I've made great icecream without all the BS chemicals and without protein powders. Healthier as well protein powder has fillers sugar and chemicals with natural and artificial flavors No thanks
@@josep6600 most protein powder does, not all though.
I have one posted on my latest video! Chocolate flavour
Hazelnut please 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
I love your videos
You can add sugar free jelly to boost flavors
Yesss
You can save the time and freeze zero free whipped cream . You can put strawberry, chocolate, blueberry or whatever you got into it . Yummy
Yuuum

I use it to raise the protein content. And I do a blend of dairy/non-dairy for the macros
@@FitFoodAE sure but do you need the fairlife to get a good texture or can it be achieved with just almond milk?
Please make a recipe for a high calorie high protein ice cream for people bulking
I would but like 99% of my audience wants low cal high protein so it would perform really poorly LOL
@@FitFoodAEahh okay thank you for responding!
is the half scoop of protein powder meant to minimize the protein powder taste? Ive tried other recipes using a full scoop and truthfully just "fine"
Naw you can use a full scoop if you want!
Can we get 10 recipes without any dairy? I have a milk allergy
You can replace the fairlife milk with a dairy free milk, and use vegan protein powder ☺️
Who can eat the whole pint? Two scoops and I'm good.
cherry garcia!
I’ve made that one! th-cam.com/video/SgwoVIl0f9k/w-d-xo.htmlsi=CUtRajZJNkgcxrrg
For me no water add , use ice cream mode not lite . And freeze without the lid to avoid this center ball that make it not flat
I’ve never heard of freezing it without the lid that’s interesting
I wish the dairy free powders worked as well! I love the Pescience vegan flavors but the consistency just isn’t the same.
I really like the texture of the vedge protein powder in my creami
Really? That’s good to know because I’ve never tried these recipes with the vegan protein powders 😢

I just bought the Creami Deluxe XL! 🎉🍨 Thanks for the recipe. By the way, are you married? 🤔 #icecreamlover #cookingathome
I’m not married
Your ice cream is over the top in the creami pint , how is this possible?
Cause I use the spoon to scoop it out and make it look overflowing for the thumbnail pic lol
what's the vodka for? 😂
Later lol
Could you use Xylitol instead of monk fruit?

Uh I wish I could do faiirlife milk but it makes me bloated, gives me diarrhea;(. That's why I can't be vegetarian. I am vegan.
You can use non dairy!
