      What B12 supplement do you use? I have been getting B12 shots because my B12 was so low but i feel its causing a bad flare up in my acne as i havent changed anything else in my diet

    I'm in love with mangoes too ! Favorite fruit ever ! I'm always asking my father to bring some back from Africa whenever it's mango season over there as we don't have any in France or awfully expensive and not that good

    All this looks amazing, I'm going to make the pancakes for breakfast :D Im scared of eating that many calories a day that you do though, I probably eat way less than that, but your body is amaaaazing.

    I've been slowly transitioning into vegan from vegetarian for a few months now, and I've given up pretty much everything dairy (which was keeping me from going vegan), and you inspire me so much! It's really helpful to see someone my age living this kind of lifestyle and eating this kind of diet.

      iman safeen then you're missing out! I HIGHLY recommend you trying it! Homemade acai is the best! Just buy some berries and fruits and put it in the freezer overnight and blend it all together the next day. I can guarantee yoy wont regret it because the first time i tried my own smoothie bowl/acai, I WAS HOOKED; i literally ate smoothie bowls for breakfast for about three months. I still do. Go try it😊

      iman safeen I highly recommend! I had my first one in Florida and got hooked but there's no acai places where I live so I go to Mariano's or trader joes and buy frozen acai, blend it up with berries, bananas, ice, chia seeds and agave syrup! Then pour, decorate and enjoy I have one every morning for breakfast now

    I enjoyed this video great ideas! i've been vegan for almost 3 years and just had my blood test results done at the doctor and they came back amazing results! im on the high end of average on everything so glad you're showing everyone we get our nutrients:)

    I really like that you show everyone that us vegans don't starve ourselves and that we actually eat because I think people tend to think that to be healthy you can't eat lots. you can it just has to be good nutritional food!

    U can try to soak the noodle instead of boiling them to prevent em from breaking apart when u are stir frying, anyway ur video are awesome as usual ❤️

    how is your basic metabolic rate that high? Mine is calculated at 1300kcals and I feel full/gain weight super quickly.

      Those BMR calculations aren't accurate. You should never base your caloric needs off of it. It does not take into account your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure). It's just the calculated amount of what you "should" eat if you laid still in bed all day. 1300kcals is restriction. If you "gain weight" from that then your metabolism is really suppressed. That's not healthy.

      sofsuli I mentioned it in the video. It's just an estimate. My basal metabolic rate though is roughly 1400-1500 cals from calculating it. I also exercise on top of that and I'm an active person! Everyones different but you should definitely be eating more than your bmr as that's what you burn being alive, you also do other daily things and exercise as well to take into consideration

    So glad I’m not the only vegan who eats more than 2,000! I really don’t count, but when I look at the Calorie count, it sometimes throws me off.

    What brand of buckwheat flour do you use? Whenever I make your recipes that use buckwheat, like the pancakes and banana bread, it's all a very dark-grey-ish color and a little off-putting. love your recipes so much!! they've helped me always feel satisfied since becoming vegan, especially since I run long distance!

      Claire xx I just buy buckwheat flour from the health food store! You probably buy dark buckwheat flour, try to find light buckwheat flour!

      Alexa Phillips Personally I thrive eating this way. It's all natural, unprocessed and carbohydrates which our body uses for fuel!

      Bread is delicious and healthy if you buy the right kind but I rarely eat it unless I buy a burger out or make burgers at home, I just don't crave it anymore tbh, I love wraps though :)

    I'm always scared when the number has been very close to 180g .

      scared of what?! real sugar is good, real food is good, we're so lucky we have access to so much of it - just enjoy it! :D

      I don’t think this is the best video for “healthy” diet, she eats too many fruits and the lunch she had wasn’t even lunch! Just pancakes! Fructose is also a sugar and shouldn’t be abuse in the meals

    Anyone interested in a vegan budget what I eat in a day?
    Using: apples/pears/bananas instead of blueberries or strawberries.
    Also some cheap as recipes for dinner :)
