    Lisa! I made your version of marinaded tofu; I left it overnight and fried it the next day. I've put together wild garlic, fried tofu, avocado and Sriracha and OMG it was the most awesome sandwhich I ever had! Thank you so much !

    Wow these looks so delicious, Can't wait to try the bacon. I love your videos, especially the "what I eat in a day" videos. I found them very useful & inspiring. Also I love when you tell facts about veggies etc. :) I am a full time student too, so really good to see that it's possible to live and eat healthy during that period of your life, because sometimes it feels really hard. I am planning to go on a plant based diet, and I know your videos will be very helpful in that! Thank you for that, and keep up the good work! xx

    This looks so good! I just stumbled on your channel and subscribed. My daughter recently went vegetarian (not vegan yet) and I've been contemplating joining her for health reasons. Seeing delicious food like this is inspiring 😊

    For the bacon, you can also use her mix, but puts coconut flakes/chunks in there, then bake at 350 for about ten minutes or so, or until crispy. It's delicious and you can't taste coconut at all!

    Hi Lisa! I really admire your balanced and mindful approach towards food and how you dedicate yourself to uni, TH-cam and the gym. In the last few months I've been struggling with binge eating when I'm stressed with school: I eat loads of dates with peanut butter to the point where I'm sick of the taste and really full. After these binges I feel uncomfortable, I'm too full to work out and I've lost time I could have spent studying. How can I deal with this problem? Thanks xx

    You've really inspired me to eat a more plant based diet and I'm trying to go vegan. I think it's super cool that you mention so many facts about all the ingredients you use because it really helped me to realize how important it is to eat a healthy diet and how beneficial it can be.     Very nice, thank you for sharing!! I started a semi vegan diet with my girlfriend, who is vegan. Its amazing that one week changed my view of eating vegan because i felt soooo good!!

    I would LOVE a video where you talk about what you're going to school for and what your major is etc... I sort of pulled out of getting a nutrition major because I did not agree with what was being taught (the food pyramid). I have such a passion for this kind of stuff and I want to be educated like you, but right now, it's my own research.

    Cereal is my favorite quick breakfast! I love combining the Flax Plus Vanilla Almond Granola and the Envirokidz Choco Chimps (both by Nature's Path). I fill up a short, wide mason jar (I don't really know the exact size) with the cereals the night before and that way I can just fill it up with almond milk before I leave in the morning. This is a life saver for when I'm rushing out the door before classes!

    I love how you give facts about why the foods are good for you! I've always been super interested in nutrition! I've been vegan for almost a year now and I really wanted to study nutrition but I'm wondering do you find it hard learning about meat,dairy and eggs? (I assume that's what you're studying haha)

      Olive4317 Fruit can be expensive based were they live ,or its expensive to people who have a low incomes and have a tight budget . So it can be.

    Yes I love that you add all those facts! I learn so much from your videos :) any alternatives to tomatoes? I have acid reflux issues and there are a lot of acidic foods I can't eat :/

      unfortunately for those who have problems with acid reflux there really are no alternatives to these acidic foods, but you can always just add a vegetable that's more on the alkaline side. maybe more leafy greens, or red bell pepper would be awesome!! we're getting into dietary plans for patients with these problems so I know how tough it can be

    Thanks for the video! I have recently considered becoming vegan for the health and moral benefits. I don't eat much meat anyways (maybe like once a week) and most dairy products makes me sick so going vegan should be fairly easy!

    hi lisa, I'm from Germany and i love watching your videos, they're so inspiring and informative! my friend is also a nutrition student here in germany and what she taught me is that you should never keep rice for the next day or even make it ahead on purpose because it builds spores (is that the correct term?) immediately after cooking. maybe I'm wrong there but if you could check this and maybe i could have helped you with this that would be very cool ;)
