Not only do I watch this wonderful MAAN for his fantastic recipes but he talks just like my Daddy did. My Dad, born in Paris, Tennessee.
Damn! I use to love watching Justin Wilson as a kid with my Papa on PBS. I’m subscribing for the nostalgia.
I miss watching him. Saturday afternoons on PBS with my great aunt.
I wont eat most of what he makes, but that never stopped me from watching his show way back when. He is a classic, right up there with Julia.
He was one of our country's GREAT humorists.

Justin died in 2001. I think this was filmed in the late 80's early 90's
