I got to say I had a problem figuring out which T SAUCE I wanted and watched this video and ultimately decided on dukes and damn I made the perfect decision.
I think the reason I like what turns out to be Kraft on the mcdonald's fish sandwich is the salty cheese that's on it as well. The sweetness in that case is balanced.
Hello Tom! I recently saw at H‑E‑B a fresh tarter sauce made by H‑E‑B in the refrigerated sea food section along with some shrimp cocktail sauce. It comes in a plastic 8oz container, can you review it and give us your opinion? Thank you Tom, we always enjoy your reviews, keep up the good work.
That’s some good reviews! I’m commenting with a weird question tho: do you find squeeze bottles a good choice for tartare sauce? Can you squeeze them out easily till the last drop? I'm asking because it's surprisingly difficult for me to find tartare sauce in squeeze bottles in the UK. 99% of them are in glass jars where you need to spoon it out. I'm just tryna come up with a reason that can convince myself 😂😂
I haven't found a store bought tartar sauce I actually like. They almost all to acidic for me. I look for creaminess with flecks of dill pickles and just hint of lemon and sweetness.
We have Kraft, which is slightly sweet to me... I don't know if there's any sugar in it but it seems sweeter than the mcdonald's. I don't like sweet tartar sauce or sweet pizza sauce. i'm gonna try that Frisch's if I can find it!
East coast tartar is sweet. West coast tartar is dill. I had a chef from New York make some of that sweet miracle whip crap out here on the west coast and chewed him out. Almost cost me my job. Sacrilicious nonsense.

As a die hard Duke’s mayo fan, it’s sad to see them come in last. Seems I need to order me some Frisch’s!
I didn't know Dukes even made a tarter Sauce! I would have picked Lousiana, and never Kraft. So now I need some Frishs! Rootboy Approved! 🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺
great nice sunday.. Tom

Frisch's puts their tartar sauce on their Big Boy burgers rather than mayo and pickles. It is really good!
It's sooo good. Good to dip fries in. My fav!!
So.. I'm gonna be that guy....that points out that he said," I couldn't find a good source of beaver". Fun video tho.😊😊😊
Yeah, Beaver Tartar sauce. I recently found it and will be reviewing it very soon.
That is so hard to find these days especially for 69 year old men!

Thanks for the heads up, I didn’t know they had that.

Yeah, I don't like the squeeze bottles all that much, it is difficult to get all the condiment out. Same with mayo, I would prefer a jar.
@@tomstestkitchen that just cleared up my confusion. Thanks!
Bob’s Big Boy tarter sauce beats them all, other than when I make my own!
I'm a big Bob's fan, too. Also, LOVE (love love) their Bob's Blue Cheese dressing. Mmmmm.
I have to say after watching this, tomorrow I'm going to have to make fish sticks.
Check out my fish stick fish tacos video, they are really good

To sweet ...
I've seen and had beaver horseradish didn't know they make tarter sauce
Same here, the horseradish is really good, one of the best.
@Tom's Test Kitchen yeah also I noticed I sent you a picture of beaver horseradish mustard too
I like making my own tartar sauce
Well yeah, that's always going to be the best
Can't beat home made!!!!
I like Skipper's tarter sauce. The jarred retail is just like the restaurant's
I will choose Alabama tartar sauce.
Because of Forest Gump crab fishing area.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
What better way to taste with fish sticks. Thanks before I tried Dukes❤😊
Kraft to sweet ...
McDonald's uses Kraft Tartar sauce! I used to work at McDonald's a long time ago. 😆
Awesome my favorite is Louisiana. I love Dukes Mayo and Kraft Tartar sauce tastes homemade.

Dukes! Always the best.
Next would be Louisiana.
Fischers next and anything Kraft in the last position.
