@@DrewHopper. Kind of hahah. I'm struggling with lower back pain for the last couple of days, probably because I have exams in 2 weeks and I have to spend most of the time sitting at my desk.
Take short breaks. Get up every 20 minutes or so and move. Go get water, do a couple jumping jacks, etc. It will help with your back. I got rid of my lower back pain by switching my diet.
जय श्री राम | Job done sir . Sir I would like to request you for a video based on the topic "Mistakes and failures of my life and how I overcame them". राधेश्याम |
@@DrewHopper.जय श्री राम | can u please make a video on what discipline really means ? For a student or any one in the world, I mean how do we develop the habits ? We tend to fall in a never ending loop by comparing our day 0 to someone's 100 , we are in search of a magic pill aka some instant results, people as soon as begin to perform some habit for their aim or goal ,they fantasize results or life after they achieve their goal. Long question short : how setup a gradual small step habit how build it in literal mean , I tend to feel I don't have time thus try to do alot at once which leads me to stuck in the same dark loop . I hope you get my point Sir, I may seem silly while asking these questions but these stuffs are never taught in our schools राधेश्याम
#1 You're not silly, you are asking all the right questions and that is wisdom! Habits/Discipline are built day by day. Consistently showing up. That's what the 28 day challenge is for and you are doing it. You're actively creating a more disciplined person. From today on You only say to yourself- I am a disciplined person!! #2. Instant gratification? Totally normal. It’s a human survival instinct. The quicker we could find food, shelter, and clothing, the better our chances of survival. It’s hardwired into us. And yes most people do compare our beginning to someone else's middle or end. Notice that it is normal and watch when you do it. Continue showing up and know that you're absolutely on the right path. Celebrate your small wins this month and keep moving forward, l believe in you 100%!
