    I need stamina! Im fast at running but i get tired so quickly.
    Edit: stop commenting ya'll this was like 6 years ago but I actually improved a lot when i did this workout tho. I did the workout 3-4 times a week.

      If you have stairs , keep going up and down in stairs , this will way tired but trust me you will gain so much stamina

    I couldn't even do one full round last week. But I kept going on. It's my fifth day and I can do both the sets but I have to take a five minute break in between the sets. One more week and I am sure I can follow him without taking any breaks. I feel sooo good! :)

    Hey guys just know that if you’re just starting this, the first round will leave you sweating and panting, but take a 1 min break then the 2nd round will be MUCH EASIER because your body is already warmed up!

      its about doing it daily and your effort, not so much the time you spend on doing it, but stil great that you did 4hours of training man.

    Guys if your legs feel tired, hydrate. Dehydration leads to muscle fatigue and loss of coordination so u should drink every 10 to 20 minutes during exercising and after excericising. At least 7 to 10 ounces while excerising. One hour of exercise the body can lose more than a quarter of its water. Hope this helps

    These 8 exercises really helped me achieve better results. Both stamina/endurance and speed improved, noticiable change after 2 months. I came out top of that sports class.

      Im 16 I cant finish it. I stopped at round 2 (squat jumps).
      Ill try it again next time.

      2nd month :
      I can finish all workout and really helped me!
      When you are comfortable with the workout it'll become easy peasy.
      My jump got higher too.
      REALLY RECOMMEND IT GUYS!
      it's better to do this workout than doing nothing!

    Absolutely loving this workout, especially the agility dots. As a soccer athlete, ankle injuries are a constant, but because of this workout, I have not injured my ankles in over a month!

    You can do them off of a bench or table to make them easier; you could do the entire motion much slower; and you could take out the jump at the top or do a modified push up at the bottom.

    This workout is so crazy omg I don't think I've ever done both rounds in one day... I often come to this and do just one round as a finisher after a less intense workout (strength training or lighter cardio) and it's so great! I literally feel like I'm glowing the rest of the day!! Those agility dots...!!!!

      Day 1: Completed round 1 properly with 10 reps. And half of round 2 which was not done properly due to stamina issues

    I made it to 9:41 this time, first time of doing it, next week i'll get to 12:00 and the week after i'll complete the whole thing! And keep adding sets and doing more and more each week, really feeling the burn in my calves! Great excerices for leg strengthening, I need this to play Cricket!

    This is kind of my progress. I'm still doing this though. I started 2 days ago.
    Day 1: I got soo tired and was seeing colors when I was done
    Day 2: It wasn't as bad as day one but I was still tired but not that tired
    Day 3: I realized that I lost weight because my clothes didn't really fit me on my waist side. (I am sooo sore.)

      @@StONE002 I stopped doing these but they definitely help with stamina and helps build some endurance. It really showed me how out of shape I was. I might continue though.

      @Montañero Paisa Goshhh. I didn’t. I’m on my school’s tennis team so I do enough exercises. Find a trail to run for endurance and stamina. Or just get a gym membership. These exercises help but you have to do much more.

    I’ve been doing this for a week and a few days and I can tell a difference. Before I couldn’t finish all reps for the exercises, now I can do it plus go along with the video

      Rhea Coelho definitely helped me become faster but if i remember correctly I didn’t lose any thigh fat I turned it into muscle, but that could be due to me weight training as well

    I thought yeah let's do some HIIT. So I did 2-7 thinking that's about half an hour. Didn't realise it was as long as it worked out & I'm absolutely cream crackered. I have said in the past that I hate this type of workout, but it is growing on me so thanks & TCFN.
