I finally got a few sets of weights from Santa this year, so I came back to revisit this workout. I was using water bottles as my weights which worked fine, but I’m glad to add a little bit more weight to this workout!
I’ve been doing your seated workouts with my mom, who is 73 and has mobility and balance issues. These workouts are great for me as well, as I am in a wheelchair most days due to a spinal cord injury. We have both benefited in big ways (physically and mentally) from following along with your exercises every day. Well, most days. 😊 Thank you so much for posting your wonderful videos!
I am still doing this 3-4 times per week. I think I started in July. I've looked at other 10 min arm workouts...no comparison. Yours is Perfect!! God bless you and Merry Christmas!!

This was fab! Couldn’t do the kick boxing workout as the apartment we are in is too small! Only brought one set of dumbells with me on holiday so only had 2kg with me. Can feel my arms! Now off for a walk to the supermarket which is about 3 miles round trip.
3rd time done and I really feel it. I've done it each time after an all over and its tough but love it. Feel difference in biceps already❤❤❤ its just great getting it done in 10 minutes xxx
I have a new name for u...postwoman.....you totally delivered....I'm thrilled I now have an arm routine and workout I love. That was hard but awesome,amaxing...I can hardly type. I did an all over one first so my arms had a wee taster and then this. My biceps are bursting ❤❤❤ in a good way. Again you hit every area. It went fast and I loooooove it. Great exercises! I immediately felt the muscles in my arms become rounder. Today I will make 3.5 kg (I have 2 kg so far) dumbbells: I will fill 2 liter milk bottles with sand. And I will be a beauty with beautiful hands! Thank you so much, Jules! I wish you a good week!
@@inciangiearslan7038 Ideally, if you lift with light weights, you can do this daily. But, if you challenge yourself with weights that are a bit heavier, then do this every 2nd day. Once you start challenging the muscles more specifically like in this workout, you should give them a day off the next day so the muscles have time to recover before working them again.
Love this, A great way to pair with a walking video. Since I'm depressed, your 10 min videos get me going. I do have to warm up more first tho! Thx! I would Like to see 1/2 hr upper body, and 1/2 lower body for days when I can!

Excellent workout Jules! Love that there are so many bicep and tricep moves in this one. I cannot work my shoulders due to an implant in my shoulder, so I will just substitute the shoulder work for more biceps and triceps! Can you do a lower body that is knee friendly with no squats or lunges for those of us that have knee issues. Love these workouts! Keep them coming.❤❤❤❤
I have a new leg one coming out soon, but it does have squats and lunges. I have some great short leg workouts on my other channel which you might prefer. Another challenging workout, thank you Jules. Could you please advise on using this alongside the two day training program? I do that on a three-day cycle, taking the third day off, and it has increased my strength amazingly. I would like to at least maintain that but do not want to overdo it either. What would you suggest please? Many thanks as always 😊
If you’ve been doing the two day program for a while, you can definitely add this onto the upper body workout. Our bodies adapt quickly and you’re likely ready for more. I do a two day split as well with the third day off.
2nd time this week and I did it after the 51 minute all over, which has pushups so the arms have really worked. Oh that was wonderful. My arms really felt that. Its a great top up after an all over strength one. My eyes r nippy from sweating lol
Love this workout, Definitely need to strengthen my biceps more what do you suggest for strengthening my biceps ive been doing the all in one intermediate workouts with using 8 to 10 lb dumbbell for the bicep curls but in this workout i had to switch to 5 lbs. Hope im not losing ground
Since we’re basically going from one exercise to another in the workout (without much of a break), it does make it harder which is why the weight is lower. Ideally, add this workout onto an all-in-one workout or cardio workout every second day. You will definitely notice improvements.

Just a tidbit...on lat raises you should focus on raising with your elbows. Your elbows should be slightly higher than your hands at the top. This recruits more of the Deltoid muscle.

Well i tried this workout again after an 25 min all in one and I changed up my weights sone and i felt like i could do it more beneficial with the lighter weights im hoping to increase eventually
