I need to stand for myself sir If I give excuse about my illness then I am gone for sure . I don't want your blessings, teachings your workout to go in vain ,that's why I need to push myself. It keeps your spine safe, transfers power between your upper and lower body, and helps you move efficiently. It's always working behind the scenes, even if you don't feel it!

Yes. These workouts are about functional fitness. Many of the exercises we do on a daily basis are indirectly training the core.
