@Sowmya Sowmya essence has its onlineshops in EU and in US. In Europe we can get essence cosmetics at our local drugstores as well as at the online-shop from essence.
Hi Anna, it's nice to see a review of an affordable drugstore brand! I can find these in-store easily in Illinois, though they are often picked over. I didn't know the formula was this good for this price point. Thanks for the video!!
Update: I hunted down some essence polish because I just had to try it after watching this video. I was not disappointed! I picked up Anything Goes (deep pink) and it went on pretty nicely. The color looks rich and on short nails it could be a one-coater for some. My research tells me that essence polish is available at Ulta, CVS, or Fred Meyer stores in the US.
I stumbled upon essence (I'm in Australia) by accident cos I just wanted a cheap base coat for nail art and was so surprised at how good they were. Unfortunately there are hardly any colours available here. They cost just under Aussie $4 - while OPI typically costs $20!
Thanks for the swatches! I have never tried these. I’m in Sweden - checked with a well stocked Webshop here just now. There are currently 46 colours available!! The price is insanely good! Got to try!
I'm on the West Coast of the United States and I don't recall seeing this one around too much in stores. I'll certainly keep an eye out after this, though.
I dont like the essence brush either but i love the polish. But if i can compare between essence and catrice, i love catrice's brush more 😍 drug store nail polish are amazing
I always see them in the drug store in canada, and i never thought of trying them until today i picked up get ready, take me to heaven, legally pink and sweet as candy i did not get the base and top gell .i guss i 'll have get those for the system to work, came here looking to find a review and found your vid. Thank you. Just never dawn on me they would be so good.!
Subscriber from Germany here. Essence is a German make-up brand that also does nailpolish and some skincare. They belong to Cosnova, just like Catrice, and their products are manufactured all over Europe. They are very inexpensive and targeted mostly at teenagers, but many of their products actually are of really good quality :) And yes, they do overhaul their assortment twice a year. In Germany, there are currently 66 shades available, just checked on their website😂
Also, I was pleasantly surprised to find out how good their nailpolishes are, thanks to your videos! Will definitely try some shades. Thank you and keep up the good work!
Hi there :) We have 15 colors here and I bought them all now :) I will swatch the remaining 5 in the next video :) Thank you so much for your kind comment 💕
Anything Goes was beautiful! Not able to find here in Mid-Missouri (US) but I did order some online after watching your video. Thanks for your great videos.
I love affordable polish, but Essence is not available where I live (dumb old backwater texas). Anything Goes, and Endless Summer are my faves, I also like Sweet as Candy. It's cool that the colors are so saturated. Makes me wonder if the same lab makes polish for H&M. Thanks for your beautiful swatches.
@@TheSalonLife es, H&M colors are beautiful and saturated. Tiny 8ml bottles, and a lovely flat rounded brush. They are delightful. U.S. stores stopped carrying them about two years ago. I think they are still available in Europe though. Maybe Canada too! They are still available online. They occasionally select a few colors and put them on sale half price. Six dollars for 8 ml regular price, so I only buy when they're on sale. Recently I've noticed they're introducing a Quick Dry formula in the tiny squared bottle. The domed bottle is the older design. I can send you a few. Is there an address somewhere on this website?
Probably not :) I will test it for wear on couple willing clients. My clients usually choose Dazzle Dry because of the 5 min dry time and no surface damage on the toes even with extensive use. Before I discovered Dazzle Dry I was using Vinylux mostly. I really like it too.
I feel like all polishes smell similar. Non of them are toxic. The “non toxic” claim is a marketing claim. Like gluten free potatoes. They were always gluten free. Don’t get me wrong, polishes can have reactive ingredients that can cause allergic reactions but that’s a totally different thing. Hypoallergenic is also bit of a marketing claim but more legit. It just means that it has ingredients less likely to cause allergies. What you smell in most of polishes are the 2 main ingredients: butyl acetate and ethyl acetate which are the solvents that evaporate from the bottle so you can smell them. I would say pretty much all of the polishes have them as main ingredients.
So nice colours, most of them! But there are many more colours in Sweden an also the netherlands. IF you are interested, @femketje shows a LOT of polishes that are given in inte EU! There ar a few beautiful sparkles in gold and shimmer. I follow. Femke, she loves nailpolish and show a lot from brands like Catrice, a german brand also very good and $ 4 us. Love your videos 🥰
I stumbled across your page by accident and I am in love! I am loving just listening to y'all when I'm settling down for bed
Oh gosh! Thank you so much Victoria! Thank you for your kind comment :)) Love having you here!
I always get all of their new colours when they come out with a new batch twice a year :D

I love the Essence top coat, I used it with all my polishes and it makes it last soo long! Definitely a must try.
Good to know! Same with the base. It "feels" very good. I have to test it with other brands ;)

Love the bottles as well as the colors. Very pretty.
I love essence polishes...thanks for the swatches
I love zero to hero the most!
Essence is popular in my area (Texas) but not always lots of choices.
I love their polishes so much! They are so affordable. I haven’t tried the top coats yet
The top and base are excellent! :)
I dont like the essence brush either but i love the polish. But if i can compare between essence and catrice, i love catrice's brush more 😍 drug store nail polish are amazing
That “anything goes” polish looks similar to “flowerista” from Essie
Thank you Nicole :)) Good to know, haven't seen that one

blue color I have in 2 layers is tightly applied. you need to take more varnish on the brush. My favorites are at essence 35, 05, 23.
I wish we had these in the US, tried their website, doesn't look like they can be purchased online either.
They’re sold here. I buy them from Harmon Face Values in NYC
OMG the TATTOOED MAN HANDS!!!!!!!! 😂❤😂❤😂❤😂❤😂❤

I’m in Missouri too and I can’t find the top coat. Where did you order from. I thought ultra use to carry it, but I don’t see it online anymore.
Would love to see a swatch on Zoya polishes
I pre-ordered the NEON collection!! I will swatch it as soon is it arrives!
Son buenos 💅👍 en México 🇲🇽
Cambian de tonos cada cierto tiempo, saludos
Love essence brush...
❤❤❤
You should try Catrice 😍
LOVE THESE!! Is the brush handle shorter than the norm?
They feel comfortable. Maybe a bit shorter. Not a big deal :)

In Israel this brand is very popular and the verity of colors is huge.
What does his tats say?
Essence is very widely available and very affordable in Ireland
what affordable nail polish brand is your favourite? including the brushes and the overall quality of the polish :)
Just finished watching the video and these polishes are insane I can’t believe there 1.60! I’ve always loved your swatch videos thank you for sharing

I wonder IF you contact the Company they might send you a variety of the brand, they make very good and affordable skincare and makeup too! ♥️♥️
Not too many companies are interested sending free product to such small channels as mine. I will try though :) Thank you Gunilla :)
@@TheSalonLife i as a viewer love small channels though so their loss 😎
Looks like you can purchase them online as well - online there are 27 colors.
Where online?
They need also to be cured?
No, it's a nail polish. They dry normally :) They just call it "gel" to confuse everyone ;)
@@TheSalonLife ahahaha thats why. So only the base and top coat are needed to be cured. Thanks alot
Haven't seen it in the US, at least not in Indiana.
