I did the mediterranean meal prep yesterday (it was a similar format to this) and it has been SAVING me - delicious, READY when I need to eat, healthful. It's like I gave myself a gift this week. You can bet I'm making these for the second half of the week. Please continue this meal plan series!!

Nice seeing more vegan stuff here. Since I moved in with my vegan girlfriend a while ago, I struggled cooking with enough protein and these vids should help, thanks a lot!
yeah that sweet potato one was 🔥! and yes - arrowroot is a thickener like corn starch. it's also used a binder in many vegan recipes, and it also helps make meat a little crispy on the outside when you sprinkle it on then cook it up in a pan
