    More of these videos please! 🥰 I’ve been intuitive eating for a few years and notice a lot of times meat doesn’t sound appetizing to me anymore. This was helpful!

      as a meat eater, I can totally relate to what you're feeling. sometimes it's just not as appetizing and when that's the case, stuff like this is so helpful

    Man, I just want to say I found your channel in 2019 when I started my fitness journey (even bought the app). And you helped me through college, I even learned how to cook😂, whenever I'm tired of eating the same thing I hope on here and l try something different and ain't nobody on youtube doing it like you. props to you bro!

    I did the mediterranean meal prep yesterday (it was a similar format to this) and it has been SAVING me - delicious, READY when I need to eat, healthful. It's like I gave myself a gift this week. You can bet I'm making these for the second half of the week. Please continue this meal plan series!!

    Nice seeing more vegan stuff here. Since I moved in with my vegan girlfriend a while ago, I struggled cooking with enough protein and these vids should help, thanks a lot!

    Do you have a video on how to cook quinoa for meal prep (I always struggle with clumps)?

      yeah that sweet potato one was 🔥! and yes - arrowroot is a thickener like corn starch. it's also used a binder in many vegan recipes, and it also helps make meat a little crispy on the outside when you sprinkle it on then cook it up in a pan
