    Produced by Kevin Oeste and V8TV Productions, Inc. In this video, we're running a fairly-stock 2008 Ford Mustang on the chassis dynamometer to measure stock power. Then, we're installing a bunch of performance upgrades... a Magnuson supercharger, Kooks headers, a Centerforce clutch, and MagnaFlow mufflers for more power and a better sound. We're also doing some engine detailing with Eastwood ceramic engine paint and some Moroso aluminum tanks. Finally, we run it on they dyno again to see the results!

    I want to take the time to thank you personally for this video. My 7 year old son loves the Mustang. He is already saving his chore money to buy either a 2006 Mustang GT or a Fox Body he said. He was really excited to watch this and so was I. We work on my car and his go kart together every chance we get. Thank you for this great video.

    You could even safely bump those dyno numbers up to 450 RWHP by adding a CAI, raising the boost and then re-tuning it. Still, 400 at the wheels is pretty damn nice guys. Awesome video!

    Nice build...I wish I could have done the LT headers on mine, but I live in NY and we are a carb compliance state. So, I settled on the ST headers. Someday I'll get the super charger

    Personally I would have used a Borla catback, I used these same Magnaflows on my GT after I installed longtubes and a catted h pipe, and the car was quieter than stock. Waste of 600 dollars in my opinion, and thats just for the axleback system

      Venomproject14 the pistons are fine but once you hit 450HP that's where it gets dangerous

    I love how you put a supercharger and exhaust headers new tune and the car makes 412hp at the wheels but an 02 Camaro LS1 full bolt on and cam with make about 450 to the wheels naturally aspirated

      I had bought a 2006 3v mustang, built by Brenspeed in IN, Roush m90 supercharger, Detroit rocker cams, 93 tune, full exhaust with headers, and a Roush JLT CAI. He gave me all the receipts with the car, and it was over $25k just under the hood. I made 440rwhp and 410 torque. My brother has a 2014 5.0, just an exhaust on it, and he beats me 90% of the time. I wouldn't recommend boosting a 3v, unless you do a 5.0 stroker kit with it...

    these 3v mustangs make shit for power. i know. i owned a 05gt with headers, no cats, intake manifold, throttlebody, intake. all the shit you can bolt on it before cracking open the engine. i made like 315 at the wheels. not long afterwards i traded it in for a 16 5.0 track pack lol

      Sounds like a lack of knowledge and a shit mechanic to me. I know people who have N/A 4.6 mustangs making over 400 hp to the wheels. Just got to know what your doing first.

      I drove a ‘16 GT and it felt sleepy cruising around town. If all I cared about is a HP number, I would’ve traded in my S550 V6 for it. After driving my ‘06 GT during the test drive, it felt much more peppy and looked better (in my opinion) doing it. I now enjoy the cruise around town much much more. The S550 is fun at high-speeds, but I was bored with it around town (where I spend 98% of my time).

      Jonathan Cisneros this car is making about the same horsepower at the wheels as a stock 2018+ Mustang GT. However this car is also about 200 lbs lighter than a manual 2018. It’s a nice body style and with those mods it’s a strong running car for sure. And 3v’s sound better than Coyote engines. The 3v firing order is the same as that in the old 5.0 foxbody Mustangs.

      you cant really do much with the stock 3v motor, they can handle like 450 at the wheels before they start to give.

      @@treyarrington8051 That's a misnomer. The stock bottom end of the 3V is capable of handling 450 Torque at the wheels, and mine is running over 560 HP at the crank, with no trouble at all.

      Well, we have this thing called the Federal Government which mandates the cats. However, todays high-flow cats are far less restrictive than they used to be, and our power gains show that it was all worth the effort.

    My 2021 Mustang GT premium was a big lemon. I could live with the cheap plastic interior and glitchy electronics but the clucky garbage 6 speed manual transmission was just garbage! I'm not the only one who thinks so, look at the class action that has been launched against Ford. Fortunately I was able to sell it and buy a real car from another manufacturer. It's no wonder Ford stopped building cars...I'll never buy another Ford...EVER!
