Manual Machining Custom T-Nut Reverse Hold Downs

If you have ever had to machining the entire surface or perimeter of a plate you have likey ran into an instance where the hold downs or clamps are in the way. These little guys screw into a threaded hole in the plate only .250" deep and leave the rest of the plate free and clear to be machined. Full disclosure I am not claiming to have invented these, I am sure you can buy them somewhere, I am just impatient....
