Socks are the best summer pattern. Nice and light, so you don't have a big project on your lap making you hot, and by the time cold weather hits you have a bunch of socks to keep your toes warm! They are super adorable and I'll buy the pattern this weekend!

And, you have completely changed my summer knitting plans, it's now all shorty socks in different colors and patterns!
i have to share that my first impression of the first viewing of the red over white dots was "Santa Claus!" and then because I live in Minnesota, the land of 10,000 + lakes, "bobbers!" We are in the peak of fishing season here! One town, Pequot Lakes, has even painted their water tower to resemble a bobber. It would be perfect to knit these socks in bobber colors for a fishing friend! You are a rock star, my inspiration, my hero! I did purchase your new book and love it!
Oh no! I'm still working on finishing my second Mermaid Ave sock and now I want to cast on new ones 😅

I just found this I’m so happy I love your socks! My husband bought me your The Sock Project book it’s really great. Also wanted to tell you, you mention flea or lice stitch and how you don’t like it being called that name. In my family it’s known as pip stitch which sounds a lot nicer. Ahh I love the socks! Really digging the checks at the top - totally makes me think of something I’d snatch up in the Vans store!!!
Very fun! The first row of the two-color dots looks like a Santa face without eyes. In fact, all the dots look like little heads wearing caps. Here's an idea: embroider eyes on a few random heads, some with expressions. The way you create emojiis using punctuation.

Your color work socks are great!! I love the little dots the best and the little vans ones. I like the dogs wandering around, it’s their home too!! The office is beautiful. Yes, this is the season to sell homes, I have friends that just completed that. I love your podcasts too. We probably have Oklahoma cowboys up here, competing in the rodeo for big prizes in the Calgary Stampede. People love it, and free Pancake breakfasts everyday day for 10 days somewhere in the city

So glad you are back !!!!! Now, I just have more decisions to make 😝 It would be so easy if I had some of your colors on hand !!! I just ordered quite a few skeins of Filocana Arwetta and some Lang Jawoll, and KP Stroll to play with. Also, I have finally found some of the Bright Peach (and a minty green) in Coates & Co. Do you have a recommendation for the peach for a solid color sock with a little detail ? I fell in love with that when you used it on the Stillwater Socks I'm not a cable girl, but I am loving working on the Stillwater socks right now in some La Bien Aimee BFL Tough Sock !!!! Can't wait for next week's podcast/video !!!!
