    This is so awesome!!! I wasn't paralyzed by a accident instead I was born with Spina Bifida. I use to walk everywhere on crutches but I now am in a wheelchair now that I am older. It is great finally seeing videos for someone with a disability done by someone that understands things like needing to be concerned about cathing before exercising.

    this is exactly what I need!! I'm so glad I found your videos. I'm trying to lose 20 pounds before the end of the year. been in a wheelchair my whole life

      You can easily make one with PVC, 2 end caps and fill it with rocks or sand. Or by a metal pipe at Home Depot

    im a t-10 paraplegic... i am special fx artist and need alot of trunk excercises.,., glad to see a person showing us some good excercises for abs. keeps up the amazing work

    it’s amazing to be able to do this with someone with practical experience (rather than a physiotherapist). also to aim to push further than functionality! and to do this with someone so funny and charismatic! thanks you, i hope you know how much difference you make

    Out of curiosity, what can we do for our pelvic floor??
    I'm T6 T7 so curious about anything we could do for below the core...
    20 years para, never tried any of this but sure am glad I came across your vid...

    I had a spinal fusion so I can't really bend and twist much, but I can lean forward and back, and side to side a little bit.

    T4 and my abs gave out on me after the 1st set, this is definitely a game changer as I felt my abs burning when I couldn't begin set 2 properly
    p.s. Loved the kayaking at the end lmao perfect fun and beneficial finish

    I need some help. I have been told to work out as much as you can. But I fear if I don't give myself a number of how times to do it in a day and hours, it's gonna be the whole I'll do it tomorrow shabang. How many times a day do you work out and for how long?

      I'm not so sure, but just getting some good healthy exercise is always good for you. Make sure you eat afterwards for recovery

    Gas…it’s no problem at this problem I got not bladder or bowel control. Occupational therapy is only one that give a damn. Nurses treat me like I’m a bother to them.
