    There needs to be more workout videos for disabled people. I can walk with a walker but still have numerous issues doing that and I really want to work out my core because I've gotten lazy and want to start getting a flat stomach again.

    I have a c6-c7 sci and luckily I have control of that stomach muscle pretty well and just doing 20 of those I was like wow ok 😆

    My back is completely fixed in place, so I can't do things like crunches or sit-ups. I hate that so many workouts assume that you're fit and able bodied.

    I need some help. I have been told to work out as much as you can. But I fear if I don't give myself a number of how times to do it in a day and hours, it's gonna be the whole I'll do it tomorrow shabang. How many times a day do you work out and for how long?

      I go to planet fitness it's a normal gym but alot of the equipment is adaptable. It might be worth trying out

    Very helpful since my accident, Dr is USELESS!!!
