I have grown a lot of vegetables/fruits in my garden as most of them come from plants (capsicum, okra, chillies, coriander, fenugreek, spinach, tomatoes) and creepers (bottle guard, ridge guard, bitter guard).
Organic, easy on pockets and fresh too.😇

Not cutting the vegetables the previous night will lead me to eat 2 minute Maggi in the morning and eat out during lunch. So I will rather choose the lesser evil.

    • @sushmitatiwari1307

@@sushmitatiwari1307 Peeling, cutting, cleaning etc will take more time than cooking maggi and washing the utensil if you care about portion size and not just eat veggies as a side dish. Again there is the difference of single tasking while cutting veggies and multi tasking while cooking maggi. While the difference between cooking cut veggies and cooking maggi is negligible.
Besides Maggi as I said here is synonymous to convenient foods which take lesser time to make but lack nutrition.

My question is regarding milk consumption.
Here are some questions which is stopping me from excluding dairy from my diet.
*1* . why is it that even if the milk is pure and cruelty free you tell us to not to consume it
Even though pure Indian cow milk has many benefits .
*2.* According to you people used to drink milk because they used to do lot of physical work.
what if a person works that much in today's time, would you still not recommend ?
    if yes then why ?
*3* Should a healthy child or teenager consume dairy ?
    if no Why ?
*4* Why is it that even Hindu scriptures glorify the consumption of milk and milk products like milk ,yogurt and ghee?
Even Lord Shri Krishna used to have milk and milk products according to scriptures.
    IT'S MY HUMBLE REQUEST
    PLEASE ANSWER MY QUESTIONS.
*It's understandable that we should go for vegetarian diet as compared to non vegetarian BUT what are some strong reasons we shouldn't consume dairy?
    *It's my humble request,
Please make a separate video on why one shouldn't consume milk and milk products. That would give more clarity about why should one go VEGAN .*

All the things that you says are quite good and logical from a healthy eating perspective. Just one question though. You said eat raw. People have been following eating raw things based on Influencers suggestions and we have realized that, it has negative impact on your gut. Because the food needs to be cooked. The way to cook the food using Kachhi Ghani or desi Ghee on low flame and over long period of time, avoids the loss of essential nutrients of your food. I had a friend once at my workplace. His wife ate that raw diet for a significant time and developed pain in her joints and other digestive issues. Can you advise, if what I have said is correct. I mean I am not trying to be offensive here. Just trying to perhaps clarify. Besides Ayurved also suggests that the traditional way of cooking is the best cooking and you can have raw in the form of Salad and that too in the limited quantity like one to three pieces of cucumber etc.

pl make a video consisting information on how much time is required for different veggies/lentils/pulses to be prepared
    (Pak vidhi)
can you pl also make one
describing which spices (considering their nature and effects from the combination with the food to be cooked) can be used for tadka and as an addition while cooking
eg. Mustard seeds for tadka in tuvar dal and peanuts while pressure cooking the dal.
    p.s.
Love your videos...The team is so talented i am switching to clay pots now onwards. The information is so eye opening.

Agree with all points but the 'avoid frozen vegetables'!! Frozen vegetables may have more nutrients than fresh as they are often washed, blanched, cut, frozen and packaged within a few hours keeping the nutrients intact for longer than the fresh ones that loses the same during transportation.
