    • @Puruthekalaakar
      @Puruthekalaakar 4 ปีที่แล้ว +11

      My dear, none of the satvik diet aims at any weight loss or curing a specific disease! satvik ka matlb koi disease cure krna nahi hei.. wo to humne naam diye h , alag alag rogo ke.. satvik diet se aur natural lifestyle jeene se body sabhi tarah se repair hogi aur shuruaat mei thodi dikkat jarur hogi.. lekin jab aadat hojaaye aur fark mehsus hone lage to aapke zindgi ka wo ek hissa ban jaega.. 99% log satvik khana weight loss ke liye kar rhe hei, jo keval ek result hei satvik diet ka.. lekin body ko HEALTHY rkhne ke liye its best.. fir thin body ho , ya fat body.. A satvik lifestyle is not concerend by your body type and mind.. it shall regularize any type of body and heal and change lives subject to different time for different people and souls depending upon how weak the system has become with all wrong lifestyles! satvik is not alone about food, its beyond that! (along with diet, do also follow yoga and pranayama) dont at all woryy dear! bindhast hoke, satvik diet se shuruaat kijiye and its very simple logic ki the more natural and fresh you eat, the more fresh your soul and body will be! it has nothing to do with whether you are slim or fat or suffering any ailments; just plz dont skip medication if its heavy and highly recommended and still agar aapko dar hei to aise soch lijiye waisebhi roz ka kharab tarike se khana kha ke/ galat tarh se rehke body already kharab hui hei, to ek aur try sahi.. kerke to dekhna.. you would rather start with juice fast.. you may (if interested) watch my satvik hindi Rap song here th-cam.com/video/UMZGvqyVUiU/w-d-xo.html . stay blessed and keep smiling!! lots of love and bliss to you!

    The best video I have ever seen recently. Various uses of coconut milk was very helpful. My love for coconut milk is so much that have 2 big coconut grating machines, a coconut dehusk machine to clean the coconut first then a electric grinder to cut the coconut from centre in two parts perfectly .I take the milk out & keep it in th refrigerator. I take 2 coconuts alternate day. Mostly use with kokam to make SOL kadhi the famous Maharashtrian Konkani delicacy. This receipe prevents acidity & very good for health.
    While doing my early morning workout I do this coconut activity and it has become a part of my morning activity. Great Thanks for great video.

    I was so mesmerized by watching this video , I actually tried this coconut milk and it turned out to be really awesome. The only thing which did not go well is that I had this milk in morning and I am a patient of rheumatoid arthritis and it really worsened my condition. I had an extreme level of pain in my joints along with severe stiffness after consuming this milk. I did not had to take painkillers in last few months but after having this I had to take a pain killer to reduce my pain and its been two days and the pain and stiffness is still there.

    Very informative. Can we use the coconut water instead of plain water to make the milk? Also, can you do more videos on preparation of different milks, a comparison of their properties, nutritional value, affordability, digestibility etc of various plant milks like coconut/almond/peanut/sesame/hemp/oat/rice/cashew? A preparation tutorial for making 300-500 ml would be fine.

    I have been using coconut milk(home made), coconut oil (home made) since 2 years. And I must tell you all. 99% of my digestive issue have solved. I am lactose Intolerant so I did a lot of research when I finally found that, as humans we are not made to digest any other creature's milk (even cow's milk)
    Cow's milk is for her children.
    Human isn't meant to drink any one else's milk. So almond milk, coconut milk are the best options one can have for their life time
    And yes tea, coffee, cigarette smoking, alcohol drinking are all nervous stimulant. Try to avoid it as much as possible.

    • @amangamps7430

      @@rozetapoonawala9757 absolutely, you can. Plus having a cup daily could benefit you in many ways. However, I would suggest you to do your own research and experiment for couple of days about how you feel after consuming coconut/almond milk daily.
      If you don't find any issue like upset stomach, bloating, gas issue or so, you could easily consume a cup daily.
      I hope this helps
