Never noticed but now that they slowed it down, Lizard is clearly in a magic prison. When Lizard slash’s out, you can see a shockwave of red, he hit a barrier.
Obviously, that's the same conclusion I would draw if I saw a red shockwave.

That’s what makes it so great, due to Loki setting up the idea of variants, wether similar or very much different but nonetheless the same character. So Matt Murdock here could just be a lawyer, or set him up as daredevil for the future.
But anyways, Toby having organic webbing falls in line with the variant / different versions, so it makes perfect sense.

If you watch the final "Hello, Peter" scene with Doc Oc, the cinematography, lighting, and background are completely different from the next shot that shows Tom Holland Spider-man. I'm betting all of Nick Mason's money that Doc Oc is actually talking to Tobey Maguire's Spider-man in the real scene

They’ve been teasing Scorpion for awhile, I can see a scenario where Goblin breaks him and Vulture out of prison to help in the fight and that’s why in the Morbius trailer we see him being taken back into custody.
I think vulture would help spidey like how James Franco goblin did in Spider-Man 3

If you zoom into a still image of the electricity and sand, it sorta looks like Goblin is flying through at the top of the sandwall. I'm wondering if that's the moment Spidey can't stop the villains from breaking into the MCU
For the "they punch for a bit and then they're mates" scenes between Doctor Strange and Spider-Man, part of me thinks that Peter's interference with the spell causes Doctor Strange to forget who Spider-Man is as well, leaving Peter to try to fix what he broke while Strange pursues him, thinking Peter is an enemy

I think it would be great to see that an aged-up Spider-Maguire having a family with MJ as a way to introduce Mayday Parker, maybe as a little "hooray I'm back in my own universe and I'm swinging around with my daughter" end segment which can establish Spider-Girl to come back in future (maybe in Spiderverse, or a What If?)

There should definitely be a scene or two where Andrew and Tobey’s Peters show Tom’s Peter new fighting/swinging/banter techniques and teach him how to be a more capable Spidey
To be honest I think that if he can destroy all those drones without his Spider-Sense working then I don't see a reason why teach him to fight at this point, he has been Spider-Man for at least 2 years at this point.
Quick note also: Doc Ock’s arm eye things are red in the trailer. In the Raimi films, when Otto was being controlled by the arms, they were red, but when he got free of their control in the end, the eye colour was white. Also also, in the leaked images of Willem Dafoe, he is wearing what appears to be a purple hoodie - a reference to how the Green Goblin loves purple hoodies, just can’t get enough of ‘em!
QUESTION/IDEA: With all of these worlds colliding, do you think we will get a wigged J.K. Simmons for a true J. Jonah Jameson reprisal? A JJJ faceoff would definitely be an interesting addition from the Raimiverse!

It would be absolutely insane if Andrew Garfield’s introduction was a continuation of the ending “fight scene” from ASM2, yanno the one with the Rhino that was shown in the trailers but cuts off the moment before the sewer grate makes contact. It feels like they may be doing alternate takes on these established versions of the characters so it might not happen but I’d like it

I think that he might be. The other day I was in Big W and I saw a Spiderman No Way Home Lego set. And in it was what look like a mechanised scorpion suit similar to that of Rhino from Amazing Spiderman 2. I know that this is hardly compelling proof, but it does make me wonder.

Firstly when doc oc says “hello Peter” he may be talking to Tobeys Spider-Man and the trailer is pulling a fast one on use
Secondly, this is a long shot, the black and gold suit might be what Peter wears when he goes into different dimensions and shot of him running through the food bank place is not his normal world?
it's rumored the black and gold suit is actually the upgraded suit repurposed so the magic stuff is likely an enchantment rather then a built in suit feature

I think Mysterio is dead, his body is on the bridge Peter was there he is just not gonna walk away from that and all drones where destroyed and his body was recovered because Peter is classed as a murderer he wouldn't be if the body was not recovered.

I don't think Mysterio is dead. I know the theory is out there already, but rewatch the "death scene". Peter goes to ask the AI and then changes his wording. "Is he.... Is this real." "All illusions are down, Peter." Absolutely worded that way on purpose in order to bring him back at some point.
I believe he is dead aswell because why would Peter be classed as a murder if Mysterio body is not there and Jameson announced that he died aswell so they must have his body, but bringing in a variant Mysterio could happen like Bruce Campbell was supposed to be in the raimi verse

It’s sort of funny to me that if Dr Strange is the cause or one of the causes for the multiverse splitting.
He is not only stepping into the mentor role for Peter left by Tony, but also the “here have some villains, go ahead fight them” role for Peter left by Tony as well.
The way I understand it, in Loki, up until the point where Sylvie killed Kang, history existed along a relative timeline where there were no branches. Now that history has changed where there are branches and the Multiverse technically exists from any point in history but when Dr strange messes up the spell it opens up doorways between the different timelines. So Loki made the branches be able to exist, allowing for things such as what if, but whatever Dr strange does means that people will be able to cross from one to another.
Pretty sure this is how it's gonna go. The multiverse will open for Doc Ock the moment he falls into the water in spiderman 2, and similarly for Green Goblin and Electro.
I like how when you first start talking about the villains, you show a fast clip of Ned. In the comics, Ned steals the Green Goblin tech and becomes the Hobgoblin... Now that we have a Green Goblin (even if it's only for a moment), it can lead up to the Hobgoblin.

It makes perfect sense to have multiple points where the multiverse fractures. Not everybody watches the Disney shows and it's a way to get casual people on board without having to watch everything.
Plus in Loki SPOILERS, we only know that the universe will inevitably split because of what happened. This is probably just one of those countless scenarios right after it happened.

The multiverse was already cracking and He Who Remains just wanted someone else to take over for him (or just kill him). Now that no is there, that's how cracks like No Way Home start happening.

It actually doesn’t confirm anything, Doc Oc wouldn’t know that’s Peter because he looks vastly different than Tobey in the first place. This must be something similar to a variant who’s from a multiverse or maybe a different timeline that knows who Peter is because he fights him eventually.

There’s a huge thing being misunderstood about the Loki finale:
the TVA existed outside of time, and He Who Remains existed outside of existence itself. This means there is no specific point in time where the multiverse cracks open. Technically, it’s always been. The Ancient One and Dr. Strange are already both well aware they live in a “vast multiverse” if you need more convincing
Well The Ancient One claims a split would happen, not that one already has. She is aware of the concept of a multiverse, but not that it exists yet.
For all she knows only time travel creates a multiverse.
That being said, your comment on how it shouldn't happen at any specific time is spot on, but then also the ending of Loki gets messy with time, when you are zapped away to the end of the Universe where all the Loki variants are, time still seems to be running so how does the zapper know 'when' to teleport you and what happens if you run out of time or catch up with that...? And when you go through the portal is the smoke monster, time still seems to exists so again, when you go through that portal how does it know when to spit you out.
Plus, what happened with the Avengers creating a multiverse? They blah blah away that Captain America returns the infinity stones and puts those branched timelines back in place, but he cannot repair alot of the damage, such as Cap fighting with himself and pretending to be Hydra (they'd treat him differently), but most importantly what happens when he goes to put back the power stone...... Thanos is gone from that timeline cause he yeeted to a future and was killed, so that creates a branch where Thanos never really attacks Earth so the snap doesn't happen and my head hurts.....

plus, if it is sandman, he wasn’t ever really evil in spider-man 3. the only reason he fought peter and teamed up with venom was because peter attacked him first after finding out he was the one who killed uncle ben, so it makes sense that he would try and be a good guy. especially, considering he’s the only villain in that trilogy to survive definitively, so it could be him after the end of spider-man 3 when he and peter reconcile and peter forgives him.
Would be interesting since at the end of Spider-Man 3 he and Peter ended on good terms. Maybe he is helping Peter.

Theory: I think a lot of the movie is going to be the individual Spider-Men doing their own stuff fighting their villains or maybe even the villains of the opposite spidermen, whatever. Eventually due to their being so many villains and whatever the spidermen are going to of course find each other by coincidence or maybe by villains teaming up, the fact you clearly see the sand and lightning in one scene makes me think the villains come in pairs of 2 kinda, 2 for each Spider-Man and then eventually all villains team up and all spidermen team up for the climax.
