I also glad to see Seraphina is doing okay, especially because of the unfortunate loss of Cas.
I love any Sera content! Foxes are one of my favourite animals and I could just watch them all day, but reality means they wouldn't enjoy being around me, so seeing Sera fills that spot.

I wanted to see the chinchillas T-T they're my favourite animal. Actually you should do a video about chinchillas in the wild as there's this huge thing happening in Peru where they're planning on moving a whole herd of chinchillas because where they're currently living is on a huge gold deposit but they can't mine there because chinchilla are an endangered species and protected by law. I really would love to see an educational video about chinchillas and raise awareness about their wild endangered family. I never see anyone talking about the floof balls in the wild and people really don't realise they're endangered.

Lovely vid. Wonderful important work you do. It made me so happy to see this! I wish I could visit and volunteer. A bit out of my league now sadly. I know what it's like to care for a lot of critters tho. Even all together like your fabulous place. At one time I think we had 13 or something. Including raccoons which I love! Had them when I was a kid. When my daughter was young my ex and I raised an orphan as well. Crazy pics with that little girl raccoon and MY little girl lol. And she is crazy about animals as well. She gets down and says she didn't do a good job and it hurts me as that's far from the truth. She had 3 little kids and a big kid...hubby...plus her rescues and our regular dogs and cats. We had animals from the Montessori she worked at. Sick baby iguana who grew to 4ft. Slider turtles. Rats she saved from someone trying to kill them. 4 doves from school. 4 chins from school. Dove babies and chin babies. Fish. And we took in any that we found and tried to help. We have a cat that just walked in the house one day like it was perfectly normal. He never left. Well he sneaks out sometimes and then has a fit if no one's there to let him back in. He's a BIG killer tho so we discourage his....vacay's. losing most of my cardinals and finches and chickadees to other predators now anyway. And uncaring neighbors who try to cut down everything. Raccoons are great. I had a friend that had 2 and they would sit on the floor with a bowl of popcorn between them to watch TV. He claimed they would watch the show and then chatter at each other when commercials were on. Not sure how true the last part is.
If anyone else loves how genius raccoons are I highly reccomend listening to the 99 Percent Invisible episode "Raccoon Resistance" (It's about the design of compost containers in Toronto, specifically how they keep raccoons out)
I love how much of a handful raccoons are...so smart and crafty I love them! Here in Toronto they have the keys to the city! Theres even q post recently about one that found it's way into a coffee shop (tim hortons) and was rummaging through the supply cupboards as confused/horrified staff looked on. Love them!

Have you guys considered getting a friend for Huckleberry? (Or on the lookout for one, I'm sure aquiring a beaver isn't easy!) I know beavers live with other beavers in the wild and I'm curious if Huckleberry ever gets lonely.
Finding a compatible companion for a current resident is super complicated, so even if we want to it might not happen. We've definitely had many conversations about Huckleberry's wellbeing and making sure his needs are being met. Everything is still up for discussion and new situations arise all the time :)
I'm curious, I know that raccoons can get aggressive once they hit puberty. Did ringo get neutered and is that why he has such a sweet nature? He's so adorable either way I love raccoons😭😭
Hi i wanted ti now how do you make a bird tour best friend its because i have a bird and i have seen your bird videos but both tow of my bird fight and they are both girls and the are bugies an dont want them to fight and i have tow cockutiels and one of them a boy and another is a girl and the girl got her wing stuck in the metel of the kage but i got it out in time but i think her wing hurts and all of them fight they are all in the same kage.

Raccoons are really inquisitive, you have to be on top of your game to keep up with them. Are there animals more trouble than them? Edit: that sounded like I hate them, sorry. I don't, I think they are wild animals and they need all the spunk possible to survive in the wild. It's just that in these circumstances where they live with humans it's difficult to manage all their energy
