Do you think you had trouble dock starting the Sirus because you had muscle memory of the lower aspect Foils initially
I guess something like that. Always after switching I need time to get right technique for each front wing
A bit surprised by the max speed of the three front wings...are you sure this is reliable ? When i pump crazy super slim wings of 1,6cm thick and 1100 cm2, i rarely go beyond 25km/h.
A Follower suggested that my watch catches the speed of my arms flying around as well and that that could explain some of the stats, but all three wings are not small and also not super slim, so I think the average speed is quite accurate
Über 25 kmh... hast Du jetzt schon mal die Uhr am Rumpf oder Board oder so probiert? Wenn ich die Ausschläge bei Deinen Aufzeichnungen sehe, denke ich immer die Uhr ist zu genau und mißt Deine Arme, aber vielleicht täusche ich mich. Schöner Vergleich, danke!
Ah, sorry. Voll vergessen. Ich versuche beim nächsten Mal daran zu denken, die Uhr mal ans Fussgelenk zu setzen. Ich hoffe, ich vergesse es nicht wieder. Wenn doch, erinnere mich gerne wieder. Ansonsten könnte es vielleicht auch sein, dass das Foil tatsächlich innerhalb einer Pumpbewegung schneller und langsamer wird, je nachdem, bei herunterdrücken schneller, beim hochdrücken langsamer. Aber so stark dürften die Ausschläge deshalb eigentlich nicht sein

Was den Sirus betrifft, ist das eine gute Frage. Nach deinem Profilbild und -namen zu urteilen, hast du schon Foilerfahrung oder? Dann kannst du probieren mit dem Sirus anzufangen. Je nachdem könnte es etwas dauern, könnte aber auch sogar schneller sein, weil der Sirus aufgrund seiner breiten Flügelspannweite schon recht stabil im Wasser bleibt. Wenn es wirklich nicht geht, kannst du ja immer noch einen anderen Flügel kaufen und später dann den Sirus nutzen.

Would you recommend starting with a Sirius XL or XXL for pumpfoiling, i have some experience with wingfoiling.
yes, I think it`s possible. A X-Over or Curve will be a bit easier in the beginning, but in the longrun the Sirus will make you much happier. If you take the XXL you will have quite some stability by it`s sheer size which should also help learning.

I always get trouble to adjust when changing the foil too
The slower I managed to pump the Sirus XXL at nearly 100kg was 16km/h and each turn I accelerate 20-22, so if you pumped for max speed I wouldn't be surprised you reached 25
Did you try the Sirus Stab yet? Does it help you to pump slower so that the heart rate doesn`t go up that fast?
@@FoilingPastor I used the 50 2 times for pumping, it felt better than the Fluid H 47, but I can't say much more for now, it was windy days so hard to get a feeling of the potential duration
@@yohann.roussel I also tested different fluid stabs in rough conditions, but couldn’t notice too much difference 😂
I would be interested in the Sirus 56cm.
