Wow, watching them grow every week until they grew by two cups is definitely satisfying, I went with what I commented about and after the first 20 days or so I went up by one cup! I simply go'ogled the latest by Mika Klopsworth and now they’re fuller and firmer than I expected!

You don't squeeze your chest as such you're actually squeezing your pectoral muscle under the breast tissue. The feeling is...if you lie on your back and put your arms out above you like you are holding a broom handle across your chest....fists clenched but not too tight...now rotate your wrists so your thumbs rotate away from you...that's the squeeze.

This only works on you Hana because you dont have a big bust! I am a female weightlifter with a 36D bust ( when I started I was a 38G) Ladies.....okay first off breast tissue is fat its not muscle so no amount of exercise will stop your chest from "sagging" The ONLY way to lift your chest is 1) Lose overall weight THEN 2) Do a lot of chest exercises to develop the pectoral muscle which will help If you enjoy the workout then great but don't expect it to do jack and certainly not in 7 days!
@@afsanatasnim3542 If you are the weight you want to be then personally I would suggest: 3 sets 8-12 reps of Incline dumbbell press 3 sets 8-12 reps of dumbell flys If you don't have weights you can use cans, sugar bags, milk whatever will provide you with resistance You need to work the upper pectoral muscle more than the middle so any exercise done on the chest for a lady should concentrate more on incline exercises rather than flat If you can do 12 reps without even struggling your weight is too light....8 should be a struggle 12 should be all out literally every bit of strength you own Keep it slow and concentrate on your form more than the weight.
@@chaitrachannalli9498 Woah that's a hell of a drop?? Chest exercises wont help you here only weight loss and tbh that's a lot of weight loss to achieve a 4" drop in your circumference??? I train 6 days a week and have done for almost 8 years. My diet is squeaky clean and Ive only dropped from a 38 to a 36...I will never get any lower because 1) My bones wont let me and 2) I train my back.
Please is this exercise working for falling breast alone ,I had a baby who has stopped breastfeeding but unfortunately he sucked only one breast so it making only one breast hanging so I want to know if this can help it stand again please

I heard when doing these you should “squeeze your chest” but I have no idea how to squeeze my chest so I’m praying it’s not required
You don't squeeze your chest as such you're actually squeezing your pectoral muscle under the breast tissue.
