When we do the one where we rock back and forth for our groin I feel it in my hamstring and no feeling in my groin, should I do different mobility or am I doing something wrong.

Any chance you could go into your TH-cam Studio and change this video audience to "Yes, it's made for kids"? That won't really effect anything for you or your viewers beyond maybe eliminating advertising...? But it will mean the TH-cam Kids app can access the video.

Be careful by stretching before a training, you shouldn’t. Stretch after it
@@SwaggyMan this is mobility which opens up the body to use before training, stretching the body 30+ seconds on each muscle is for after training
