Sent for your program. I’m 71 and like starching, it’s very hard feels good after. Started a gym 4 years ago. Find the members so helpful and encouraging. Hanging very hard but helped get 2 inches of height back and posture much better. Only took 3 years. Thank you for helping.
Yo this is amazing, as a 21 year old who’s learning more about the truth of nutrition and more about different fitness style, this makes me happy to hear. Keep up the good work
I’m 6’1, 300lbs and as stiff as they come. Especially in the hips. I’ve start off every morning for the past month with a combo of your “morning stretches” and the “daily practice” this really rejuvenated my body. This has been more effective than any other workout plan I’ve done. You guys literally answered my wants of not wanting lift weight anymore but wanting to work on my flexibility My goal initially was to be “healthy” enough to play with my kids…then it hit me, i need to be “healthy” enough to PLAY WITH MY GRANDKIDS!!! And you guys answered my needs THANK YOU🙏🏽 STAY GENUINE!!!
I’m with you. 6’6”. 65 years old. Was 350# pre Covid. Couple bouts of that (I’ll spare you the specifics) and today I’m 270# I called it “the Covid diet” haha. Anyway, I’ve similar goals (even though my “grandkids” are HS and college age) Been trying to work up to full squats and full hangs for several months now. I’m getting there. Good luck it your progress.
I’m 69 & have stayed pretty fit all my life. I do stretch every morning. I don’t take any medication. Just finished a month of snow skiing blues and blacks with my grandkids. Also can boat surf with grandkids on the board with me. Your future health is worth keeping up a strength, stretch, aerobic and healthy eating routing. The rewards are BIG, hang in there.
Me, mid 60's. Might I suggest eliminating starches/sugars and cutting back on dairy for starters. It is tough at times and while I don't have a severe overweight issue, joint stiffness is very much a problem. It is worst when I deviate from being strict with myself. After more than five years of cutting sugars/starches way back, I am much, much better.
Now, in my 30s, my fitness goals have shifted from heavy lifting to prioritizing mobility and flexibility. I have increased my flexibility since following you gentleman this past February. My lifts have also been improving because of a better range of motion and my recovery rate has significantly improved. I have been doing mobility and stretching for 6 times a week for 30 minutes after lifting and I feel the best I have ever had. My gratitude and appreciation to this channel. Thank you so much for sharing your wisdom 🙏
Years and years of nothing but powerlifting has left me injured and stiff. Thank you so much for this free program to follow. I desperately needed this
I can’t believe I’ve been asking for this and my wish finally came true!! Thank you guys so much! I know you probably wanted to charge for it but I guarantee you you’ll probably/hopefully get at least another quarter of a million subscribers or even more from providing this content for free. 🎉❤
You both are changing lives. I am 2 years into a recovery from a 25+ yrs eating disorder. I punished my body for years with an unhealthy exercise routine. I am so excited to see what my new healthy body, mind and spirit can do. Your videos are inspiring and supportive. Thank you
I'm a very tall, fit guy with a bodt build Im very proud of. But I am so incredibly inflexable, to the point that I have chronic back pain. Im sweating just watching this, but I am so thankful for this. Starting today!!!
LOVE this channel - the fact that they had a plan to screenshot and called that out just shows how much they actually want to teach and help, also having the adjusted versions of each is awesome. Such positivity, you earned a sub and a like on the video.
I’m going to try and incorporate this routine. I am and avid weight trainer, pickleball and tennis player. I deal with hip, knee, calf, and lower back discomfort. My physical therapist told me I had really tight ankles and limited range. I am a quick and fast athlete but often in discomfort due to lack of flexibility. Thanks for all the videos you provide.
This is literally exactly what I was looking for, the exact problem you mentioned at the beginning was what I found. I liked purely because this deserves more attention. When I look up mobility routine this should be first cuz there is still yet to be anything like this and its been a whole year.
I really appreciate when you guys specify where you should be *feeling* the stretch, that is something missing in a lot of info about stretching which frustrates me, as it helps you judge whether you're doing it right when you dont have a trainer to assist!
Holy crap... the strength program combined with this mobility program is outstanding. This is essentially exactly what I've been looking to transition to. Thank you, guys, SO MUCH 🙏🏼
Im all about yoga, but sometimes I wonder what can be added to it to make it better. In the end there is nothing new under the sun, yoga has it all. Im grateful for this video, because this topic needs more support. No matter what you are doing, just do it regulary.
Super psyched to work on my mobility with this program. I've been getting yoga for years with little flexibility gain. I've been trying some of the exercises here only for a few days and already noticing significant improvement. Truly amazing. Thanks for sharing this program!!
I’m hyper mobile, and learning to NOT push my body past a reasonable point has been a challenge, but watching stuff like this helps give me a reference for a reasonable range without aggressively overextending because I’m not realizing I’m going too far into it. Helps prevent injury/my bones shifting out of place and getting stuck
Same here, after quite a few overextend caused injuries, I'm trying to learn what I can and can't do when it comes to exercising and it is definitely challenging
Am 65 y.o. and am finally learning about mobility and flexibility through your TH-cam channel, kudos brothers! In the process, I’ve learned that I’m not that flexible, but will continue the work by watching your videos.
Choosing the word “mobility” vs stretching or flexibility to describe the routine makes this all the more enticing…we need strength, balance and mobility to feel great into our 90’s!!! Thank you!
One cannot put a price on what the hash Brothers share. Commitment, perseverance, quality and more so. Understanding. Stay strong, mind, body and soul.
Hello there, I just found this video this week, and after watching it a couple of times, I think I am ready to try it out. I’ll return here in three months to report my results 😀 thank you for the well-detailed explanation, modification, and schedule. It is nice of you to share your knowledge 😍
I’m 64 and just started doing yoga . Seems like I get stiffness after class. Can’t wait to start your program to see where it takes me. Thanks for the info
Have discovered this at the perfect time. Getting back to working out after 3 month break. Decided I need to focus on mobility and flexibility as much as strength due to the usual desk bound related issues. (How can hips get so tight!?!) This is exactly what i am looking for and have just done mobility A, humbling in places. Look forward to getting some progression. Thanks guys for all your great videos.
I can feel my psoas stretching already. Thank you SO much for this stretching gold. Much LOVE from your namesake in The Caribbean, St. Croix in The USVI.
Thank you for this! I was just thinking how I needed to start simplifying my mobility and follow a program instead of trying new exercises all the time. Perfect timing! Excited to try this for a few months 😊
Thank you Bruhdz🙏 i an 53yrs old trying to recover from many unattended injuries from the past. i don't have access to much equipment, is there a way to do these stretches with less equipment? Thank you again for all your help🙏 Yah bless 🙏
Going to try this, I’m suffering from Rhomboid pain and lower back pain. This is mostly due to improper maintenance of my flexibility and sitting at a computer for work all day.
I have tried a program for mobility and I like you said are still using these exercises to this day. Exercises like one leg good mornings, active pigeon stretch, buthers block, the diagonal stretch, the hang. Befor i started doing these exercises I also did vinyasa yoga and some yin yoga as well, but I realy feel like my mobility progressed after doing the more active mobility work. Yoga is great, but I feel it is more for the whole body and mindre. If you want something spesific to get more mobile ,thes type of programs is the way to go 👍🏻

Chinese qi gong has all these movements and has for many 100s of years. Not only do they have these moves but they advanced so much that it evolved in to cultivating energy and making the entire jing qi shen paradigm more efficent and included nourishing the organs which includes the emotional state.
I have followed a few different flexibility routines in the past ranging from sun salutations to martial arts warm-up routines. I'm waaay out of practice at the moment and at 33 feel like the 'use it or lose it' principle is applying more and more. So, I'm gonna start using these routines regularly as of tomorrow mixed in with some other sets of exercises. I just wanna feel energetic, light and supple and not succumb to any of the cultural misnomers regarding ageing. Thanks for your content guys, the algorithm started showing me your videos just a couple of weeks ago and I find them really informative and inspiring ✌🏼💚
Hi Hash brothers. I am truly appreciative of your programs. You have exceeded expectations constantly. I thank you. Stay safe, stay free and take care.
Omg this is saving my life. Huge mobility issues for years. Tried yoga, pt, corrective strength exercises and none of it really got me out of pain. This did. How can I support you guys and what you are doing?
I just learned the difference between mobility exercises and stretching. I didn’t even know I’ve been going to the gym doing weights and cycling for years now I see that what I really need on top of that is mobility stuff.

I have been looking for something like this for over a year! (And secretly hoping you guys would put it together 😉). Thank you for putting this together 🙌🏻💛 So helpful!
this looks perfect for me, but I think I'm going to do an easier one from Dr. Kristie Ennis for a few weeks first to get my muscles woke up before I challenge them this much. I'm 63 but there has been a time in my life when I was reasonably flexible and except for having a minor hip injury and a bunch of tightness I'm in reasonably good shape so I think in 6-12 months this will get me where I want to be. Thanks for putting it together.
I’ve been doing a lot of these stretches but not in an organised way. I’m going to start tomorrow- it’s perfect timing ng as just finished my 6 wk weight training cycle & have a week or f before next round begins. I find I’m all good on stretching on gym days but nothing structured on the other days- so looking forward to having a set stretching routine. Thanks a million👍👍👍👍
I’m 52, been weight training for 39 years and as an old school gen x golds gym dude… we NEVER stretched! 😂 it was frowned upon😂🤣 Honestly…I thought I was in good shape and took for granted that bad knees, sore back and tight hips were part of aging. Was I ever wrong!! Almost three years into my yoga and stretching daily regiment and I have had miraculously fixed knees, hips and back! Literally reversed time. Recommend highly ✌🏼
Love this! It would be great if you made a playlist of your mobility series. These are so helpful during my long woek days. I've already started to see changes on my body since I've been following your tutorials.
I've never followed a proper mobility program, I usually stretch here and there but with no plan whatsoever. This whole program seems really complete to me and I'm curious about what's gonna happen if I stick to it ;) leets see!! love you guys, I appreciate this type of content
Thank you, thank you, thank you so much for doing this! I’ve been vaguely thinking of installing a bar, and after watching the accompanying video that explains the why of hanging, I’m convinced. Maybe some day I’ll even be able to do a pull-up, lol. I know progress can be slow, but in about 4-5 weeks of doing Stretch Side stretching, I’ve made remarkable progress in a few areas and it’s thrilling. Walking and even just moving in general, it all feels so much better. This is a lifetime commitment for me. I’ll just add that feeling more flexible actually motivated me to start working out again after a lapse, which really is more enjoyable with more flexible parts. Thanks for getting me back in to my body. 😊
Love it. Hit this for the first time today. Feeling good, so I added a D1: Down Dog (10s hold) forward to Plank (10s) lower to PushUp (10s) push up to Plank (10s) back to Down Dog (10s). That's one rep. Reps to suit the individual. I liked it. Don't know that it helps with mobility per se, but I liked adding a few strength reps, and push ups felt like a great way to end the program. Kinda walk away a little pumped instead of my hips being all cranky, and me hobbling around the house for a bit. Anyway... For whatever that's worth. Thanks, Josh. I just found your channel and I'm pretty stoked. Yoga studio is going to start up a primal class soon too. I'll be checking in.
so this is something I been looking for ..for quite a while. I lift and sprint and I am always in need of this. I am going to take a look at it for lower leg/hams release
Yooo this bro is LEGIT! 💯 These are all great especially before and after a 40 mile bike ride! Just sent for the program, liked and subscribed def will be following you guys. Dude, you need to be my trainer every am! 🤙

Thank you for sharing. Very clear instructions. Great video.
You guys are literally the best!
Hope it goes well for you!
I’m 52, been weight training for 39 years and as an old school gen x golds gym dude… we NEVER stretched! 😂 it was frowned upon😂🤣
Honestly…I thought I was in good shape and took for granted that bad knees, sore back and tight hips were part of aging.
Saving this one, ty.
This is the best for the body, THANK U guys very much
I've never followed a proper mobility program, I usually stretch here and there but with no plan whatsoever. This whole program seems really complete to me and I'm curious about what's gonna happen if I stick to it ;) leets see!! love you guys, I appreciate this type of content
You're gonna get some great results :)
These are brilliant - incredible resourceful and creative ideas guys!
Can’t wait to start working on this. Thanks my bro 🙏🏻
Thank you guys for this,it means a lot
This is brilliant ❤❤
Thank you.
Tried some exercises but not in a routine like this.
Best wishes
Thank you so much, this is awesome.
I’m going to give this a good 3 months and see what progress I can get. Love the simplicity of this
Thank you, I needed to update my stretching routine and this looks like it will help immensely
so great :)
Thank you soo much for sharing, such a huge help!!!
I am going to take a look at it for lower leg/hams release
give it a go!
Incredible video bro🍾
Thanks guys!
Great content. I sense a bit of influence from Ben Patrick here. This is definitely where I need to take my mobility work.
Thanks so much! Exactly what I've been looking for!
Yooo this bro is LEGIT! 💯 These are all great especially before and after a 40 mile bike ride! Just sent for the program, liked and subscribed def will be following you guys. Dude, you need to be my trainer every am! 🤙
