yea i also have patellar tendonitis and really have no idea how to deal with it the only thing i really do is get a knee brace and chuck it on it. It helps but i could definitly use like official stretches or good rehab exercises as well.
I’m with you I want the full activation exercises. I’m 34 and play once a week it helps to do activation trainings. But I use this video for pre game stretching exercises. Prehab is a great idea I’ve torn both of my ACL’s and had surgery on both legs. It would help mitigate future injury for me. I’m sure I’m not alone.

Finally someone that's pro stretching before training. Lots of rotational stuff👍 But I wouldn't remove power from the hamstring-muscle by stretching it, instead you stretch to remove power from other parts of the body into forwardmoving muscles like the hamstring. What I miss in the video is exercises that use walls, recks, belts, door openings etc. For me that is the next level! And don't stretch to late in the day since that may disturb your sleep due to the activation of the nervous system.

Bro can you give me some help regarding my knee pain. Like I have pain in my knee most of the times it's in the centre or above or down the centre of my knee sometimes it's like on this inner side of my knee and I can't properly know where is the pain and I am totally able to strech my knee. Like when I try to strech it like upto the butt or the chest there is no pain and when I am pretty much warmed up there is less pain. Like our training contains a lot of running and endurance but still there is not a lot of pain I get through my training pretty easy but after the cooldown the pain gets going again and It continues make pop sound when I squat or go up on stairs or when I open close it. Please tell me if you have a solution for it that'll be very helpful.
Strenghten your fascia, its sort of like this nervous system which connects all the muscles together and makes the whole body function as one unit, instead of relying on a few sole muscles that after time, get weaker because of this. Search up Coach Chong Xie on youtube, he is a fascia researcher and uploads all the exercises for it
@@MegaCarloz I haven't got a checkup yet because it doesn't seem too dangerous my father said until there's no swelling or problem in streching the knee it is alright. It could be a meniscus tear? Should I seek immediate treatment is it dangerous?
Make sure to do it 2 or more hours before the game, since when you're stretching you're relaxing your muscles. You want to warm them up before the game but you can do this a few hours before since it'll help reduce soreness. Again most importantly don't do it like 30 minutes before or you'll get hurt.

Not dangerous, it is just something you have to learn to live with, unless it gets worse...
