      Try Again Sounds like your yeast has gone bad or your water is not warm enough maybe.

    Made the night before. Woke up to set out of fridge about two hours before baking. Took 30 minutes and were FANTASTIC!!! Toasted my pecans which added a little extra pop 👍🏼

    I had to come and watch. I use to make these when I was 17 at a restaurant I worked at. I loved them, I think I gained 20 pounds while I worked there, LOL. The centers of them are so soft and good! Made them just like you did too. Nice job, I can smell them right now. I made 60 every weekend morning. Still went to school, I was just filling in for the regular guy. I liked the job, but hated the hours. A Baker's hours are terrible!!

    I have made these rolls 7 times since I discovered the video in June. They have turned out perfectly delicious and moist each time. I loved how each step was explained, demonstrated, and justified.

    I just tried this recipe. Im in love!
    I added extra cinnamon to the filling and salt to the caramel sauce to accentuate the flavor.
    Amazing!!!

      This is the first time I made the cinnamon rolls but I succeeded and many ask for the recipe and I share your TH-cam. I like your steps explanation and actually I went further by reading your other recipes and learned from them too.
      Just one point for the added butter to the flat dough could you add it to the ingredient do you mean 5 TBS + 5 TBS?
      So the total butter is 5+5+ 6+5? Butter is healthier than other unknown oils like in the shops.

    I was looking for a recipe for pecan rolls and came across this video yesterday. I had to make a coffee cake for a women's group at the restaurant where I cook. I doubled the recipe and made enough for the other cooks, and waitresses too. It was a hit. Everybody loved them. There was none left when I went home earlier today. I wanted to cook that caramel sauce longer, but I remembered your warning. It turned out excellent.

    I loved this recipe! The first time I made these my dough was sticky and when it proofed it was huge 😆 this time I used my bread maker on dough setting and put the instant yeast last on top of flour. It came out wonderful. Thank you for your recipe 😋👍 yum

    You are first person to take the end pieces and place them so all look a like. That's the way I do it. These look absolutely like the bomb. Already got sauce and dough going, thanks!

    I used a SHARP SERRATED knife and SAWED slowly to cut the dough and it turned out beautifully. (just in case you don't have thread and don't want to mess with that technique)
    I have made these many times and absolutely LOVE them. Just like Cinnebon.

    When I was a girl the word "decadent" was a word that was only used by the Russian government to describe changes in American society (Woodstock, hippies, women's liberation) that they didn't want their people to emulate. I love how we have taken that word and turned it around to to describe food that is "super amazingly wonderful". OMG. This recipe is over the top!!!!

    I inadvertently left out sugar, except for a couple of spoonfuls for the yeast. I Realized it while the dough was proofing. I thought about throwing it out , but decided to add a little more brown sugar to the filling to compensate. OMG! These sticky buns were the bomb. So good, so perfect-- thanks for the recipe.

    I've baked these regularly since I found it. I'm a diabetic so I've tried them without the sticky topping a couple times. They're wonderful with coffee/tea & don't spike my sugars - Awesome recipe - thanks so much for the step by step instructions. YUMMMY both ways!

    I made these this morning and they were good. I would suggest that people place something underneath the pan in case the sauce runs over like mine did! Maybe I let them rise too much before baking? I should have heeded your warning about letting them get relatively dark to make sure they are done because the middle ones in the pan were still doughy. For all my complaining and problems, following your directions was easy and I enjoyed making them. Next time will be perfect now that I’ve figured out how to improve my skills. Thanks for a great recipe!

    Tried these last night and did what you said but added crushed pecans on the inside.They look like yours and tasted great. Good job. Need to more of the topping to put in the bottom.

    OMG these were so good. I have a hand mixer and beat in two c of flour, then folded the other two cups in by hand. I only kneaded for 2-3 min. Heated up my oven for one min for the first proof. Took 1.5 hrs for the dough to double. Then I did 30 min for the second proof. The buns got bigger, too, as they cooked. I have a fast oven so I did 370 for 22 min and that was just about right. I did not butter them on top because of all the other goup on the bottom. Would absolutely make this recipe again.

    I used your manually forming the dough tip and found that this method helped the shaping. Rolling the way you did
    also helped improve my technique. Making them darker improved my basic old recipe. Thanks!

    I just made these. The rolls were soft and really rich.
    The only thing I would do differently next time is add brown corn syrup or maple syrup to the topping to make it more goey. My was still a bit dry and granulated. The Tate was awesome though. Thanks!!!

    I made these for my friends. We loved them. Soft and so fluffy. They tasted delicious. I'm making another batch this weekend to share.

    I made these tonight. First time I have ever baked from scratch. 1/4th of my dough was not salvageable but I did manage to get 11 rolls out of it and it was delicious. Not sure if I didn’t have enough flour or what happened but you are right about rolling up part, I will probably never do this again but glad I tried.

      Thanks so much! One of my pet peeves is watching a recipe and having to hunt down the recipe they used so I try to make it easy for everyone.

    I would put some chopped pecans into the cinnamon mixture before spreading it across the dough. Am going to try this recipe before 2017
