Just got the rca 3.0. I love it! I can wash my queen comforters with ease. Such a life saver. It's very quiet and cleans well.

I just recently got a laundry room when I moved in 2020... but prior to that my portable washer & dryer set up in the kitchen! I wish more ppl posted kitchen set ups for portable washers and dryers because that's reality for most ppl🤷🏿♀️ a dedicated laundry room is a luxury & not even all homeowners have one lol

I have the same machines and got them in February. Beautiful video! Dryer sheets make the lint stick inside these dryers and can overheat your machine. The dryer balls really help get the static down and they help the dryer get the warm air into the clothes (aerate).

My dryer belt broke 7 months ago. I have been hanging clothes for 25 years and I rarely use a dryer anyway. Now that I have seen these small dryers, I am going to get rid of my dryer and get one of these small dryers and mount it on the wall in my laundry room. I have a Speed Queen commercial washer . I adore that machine! LOL! I love what you’ve done with your little space.

I love love what you did . You should remove your plant stand and add a little folding table area shelf unit , or perhaps a drying stand for your clothes . Just an idea . But I love your idea ! Love your decore ideas as well

I love your video and space . I have the same washer and dryer but my husband built a wood stand so I could put the dryer above the washer and it fits great. I can roll it over to my sink and back and put back under dryer. I’ve had mine since 2018

Hey girl. I do believe the kit works for what exactly I'm not sure but it works for something ... and my place does it get a little warm but not stuffy... it really depends on how many loads your drying when I dry like 3 loads back to back it gets a little hot

This is cute. Have you thought about elevating your dryer so it’s not on the floor? I have a dryer like this and had it elevated and now I have closed storage underneath it and I don’t need to bend down to load it anymore.

That one worked great and freed up floor space but I ended up moving my dryer to my bedroom instead of having it stationary in My kitchen. My portable washing machine is still in my kitchen but I have a cover over it.

Another pro about the powder detergent is less plastic waste than the huge detergent bottles, cardboard is biodegradable.

Just purchased the 3.0 for my apartment I’m cheap and I don’t pay the water bill just electric lol we have washers but due to Covid I’m scared to use I hate laundromats to much goes on working on the dryer next is their products I need to buy for my washer or can I just hook to sink I also have that same label maker from Walmart I love it cuz of the cute emoji features 🥰
If you purchased the exact washer I purchased then it comes with everything you need. Except for a dolly because the washer is super heavy. I bought a longer hose off Amazon and a longer drain hose off Amazon. As well as a 2nd hose so I won't always have to switch hoses when I wanna wash with cold water or hot water. It can fit a queen size quilt and queen size sheet but not a queen size comforter. I use a queen size quilt

@@hibiscusbiscuit9010 Just a heads up you should check your lease agreement and building rules before getting the portable washer. A lot of places do not allow them because if they leak or have any issues it can create significant water damage to your unit and units on the floors below yours. It also usually means that type damage is not covered by their insurance and there may be language in your lease that may make you responsible for all damage and the costs to repair everything.
Also as a side note I have a similar portable washing machine that is fully automatic (coincidentally I am in the process of fixing a leak somewhere in the drain hoses) but I don’t have the dryer and was thing I would buy one until I used the machine. It spin drys your clothes taking a lot of the heavy water out of everything and then I put them on a drying rack with a fan blowing on them and most stuff is dry in 2 hours or less. I ultimately decided not to get a dryer.

Does the indoor venting create alot of humidity inside your apartment?
Never had a problem i just turn my ac on to keep the house cool
Question: does the dryer heat your home when in use?
I'd say it depends on how many loads I do. If I'm doing loads all day then it does however I just turn on my ac and it cools the house down. But if I'm only doing 1 or two loads it doesn't heat up the house too much
Where did u get the vent box for ur dryer? I wanna get a dryer for my apartment but we don’t have any hookups for the dryer and putting it on our window is not an option 😞 that’s a great idea
I got it from amazon. i think the link is in my description. the vent box is perfect for if you dont want to vent out the window.

I’ve had a portable washer for over 6 months now and we love it and are thinking of getting a dryer. What’s the purpose of the box that the air vent is going into? Does that catch the humidity?
To my understanding it somehow distributes heat and moisture a certain type of way which allows you to use it in a house instead of sticking the hose out the window. So of course your house would be cooler if you stuck the hose out the window but if you cannot this box tries to help keep the humidity and heat down in the house by I guess distributing it a certain way.. I believe this to be true because I add 4 cups of water and I never have any problems with humidity heat or moisture. In one of my videos I did back to back loads like maybe 6 loads in one day washing and drying and my home wasn't too hot. I kept the air low so that it could help keep my place cool. The box does also catch lint .

Hi I see that you are using a extension cord have you had any problems with using one since it’s not recommended also are both your dryer and washer hooked up to it ?
Hi I do use an extension cord however the outlet that I use the extension cord on doesn't have anything else plugged into it. I have my dryer plugged into the extension cord on one outlet and my washer plugged in a totally different outlet both outlets are used by themselves. I've had no problems

Ive had the dryer almost 2 years… never had a problem. I just keep my AC on to combat the heat and everything has been fine

Hey girly . I use a portable washer and dryer. It doesn't connect to anything besides the sink. You plug it into the wall connect it to the sink turn on the sink and the washer fills up with water. It also comes with a hose that you sit in the sink and when the water drains it pours down your kitchen sink

Hi, no I do not move my washer to wash. I purchased a 12ft inlet hose and a 12ft drain hose and attached them to my washer so I would not have to move it. I also have a video showing how I changed the drain hose

No, i know some people make it seem like the dryer will make your house super duper hot and sweaty but it doesn't. When I'm washing I keep the cool air on and my house doesn't get too warm. With this vent you do not need to leave the window open. Thanks for watching.
