even i as a 20 year old can't afford florence by mills! $20 for a face mask or face cream when you can get good products for under 10 just doesn't reach her target audience. the idea is good, but as a preteen getting into skin care and beauty a 20 dollar concealer sounded like a joke when i was only able to pay like 6.
Also 20 and absolutely can’t afford that brand. I feel like the price point is for 25-35 year olds, but their TA is like 10 year olds - makes no sense!

The reason why The Ordonary's red peeling solution was being criticized is because used it wrong. They would use physical exfoliator before, use way too much, leave it on for way too long, mix it with other chemical exfoliators etc. Ofc your skin is going to be irritated

Soda makeup aka sketchy Russian brand that's registered in Cyprus (this registration is usually done to avoid paying taxes in their own countries). A few years ago they where really popular in post soviet countries. Save your coin on that, definatelly not worth it, unless you really like kids makeup performance! :)
Soo true. I saw that crap in Polish stores few months ago and they went away as fast as they appeared there. When I saw that stuff I wasn't even tempted, it just looked like Aliexpress rejects. It was just a shitty brand that could not compare with stuff that was already on our market. TH-camrs from here also gave it negative reviews.

BH Cosmetics is outstanding! I love Colourpop, don't get me wrong. But BH's quality is way better. Especially their shimmers *Swoon* Avocado Toast and Blueberry Muffin are 2 of the best! Please try the brand.
Made by Mitchell Blursh and Blursh Bronzed are soooo amazing! Literally the best of it’s kind! The blushes are pigmented without being to much but can also be built for super intense pigmentation and the bronzer shades are to die for! Also they dry in the most beautiful and seamless way! I’m obsessed❤️

I agree- the "Naked" line needs to go away. They're all essentially the same dusty looking palette. If you watch declutter videos, people all seem to hit pan on only 2 or 3 of the shades and they're always the same ones so 80% of those bland palettes are unnecessary. The "nude with pop of some random colour" is also tired.
Steph Toms did a video saying that she was pulling out of her collab with ofra since all the controversies. Will be interesting to see if they recover as a brand from this!
I have the 2 bigger Made by Mitchell palettes, and honestly they are Really good palettes. Yea they are big and i know thats not what a lot of people are liking atm. But i find the quality for them to be really good, and i really love the colourstory for them. Annette does makeup, here on youtube, has done a couple videos with them to show them off if you want to see them in action.
There's a new nabla Cutie Analogue (and some blue). I love their Cutie pallets in particular Coral and can't wait to lay my hands on the new one in bronze and gold
Ok but the big 42 color palette is super useful, as someone who bought it and does very colorful makeup, it's very nice quality and it's super useful, I don't think u get it cuz ur makeup is more glam and lowkey rather than bright and colorful

I literally just bought the beauty bay matte palette for £23 lmaooo,, BUT I will say I think the quality is actually rly good. all the colours are super pigmented and vegan, I also bought a more neutral palette which had some glitters in them, and while I would recommend applying the glitters with a wet brush, they are also super pigmented. when I bought those two palettes, they also included a free bundle, so I got a 20 colour palette, a crayon style eyeliner and brush all for free, which again I was super happy with. I thought that they were doing a promotional situation, cuz I thought their brand was relatively new?? like they had been retailing other makeup brands, but I believe their own range was only started like a year or two ago (but I may be wrong about that) so maybe they are doing all this to encourage people to talk about them and rate them highly?? I dunno, but I don't think they are struggling to shift products because they are super low quality, I found them to be much better than I was anticipating
I have used the blushes by Mitchell before because a friend bought the wrong shade and gave it to me as a gift then. Honestly it’s not a horrible product but I definitely wouldn’t use it for anything else besides photos since it kind of doesn’t blend into your makeup but just sits there. So I wore it for my sisters graduation and when I looked into the mirror my foundation that usually stays on forever separated exactly where I put the blush. And it wasn’t even warm or humid outside so it must’ve been the blush. Overall I wouldn’t recommend it because it may look good but it’s definitely not practical or pretty when you actually go out and wear it for more than just 5 minutes.
I think also that peeling solution dupe was made bc aus and nz governing bodies don’t allow the import of the ordinary’s one cause it’s dangerous to use with the high levels of UV we have here. The revolution one is currently available for me which is scary 👀
For engagement: Could you please do a review on PYT Beauty?! It's 100% cruelty free, vegan, hypoallergenic, etc. and is made with sustainable packaging. It's fairly affordable makeup and I believe it's sold in target and on their website.

I just recently got the nabla lip plumper (only because of the packaging) and it does nothing, maybe Id you really really look closely you can notice a difference but otherwise no. It works as a gloss and i like the smell of it tho it did turn the inside part of my lips yellow sooo 😳

Beauty Bay definitely alters the prices to make it seem like you’re getting a good deal. Flo by Mills Mask is $20 usd at ulta, which is £14. So that original price is actually fake.
Actually that mask really is that expensive in the UK, I can see on other UK sites that it costs £20 normally.
I have few of the beauty bay palettes and they are bomb! Even the reviews are amazing, so i think it's definetly a marketing tactic, they go on sale every time beauty bay does a sale

Odens eye i bought the green palette , it’s beautiful, , really happy i will not buy any big palettes anymore . Steph Toms was very upset about the scandle regarding her highlighter , i feel sad for her ,

I just recently got the nabla lip plumper (only because of the packaging) and it does nothing, maybe Id you really really look closely you can notice a difference but otherwise no. It works as a gloss and i like the smell of it tho it did turn the inside part of my lips yellow sooo 😳
Soda is sold in Russia for couple of years now. I think it's one of these chinese brands you can find on AliExpress, that somebody bought a bolk of, put their name on and sells for marked up prices to young people who don't know better
I really like the Beauty Bay palettes, the 2 big ones I have are better and a lot more bendable than the morphe one I have . Strange that all of the same things are always on sale though !
