I'm just not super into the whole film commentary thing she's doing. I'd be down if she did Polish films, but like I don't care about American flicks. I'm a film student and I just would rather hear about takes on Polish cinema. I want something that she is in a unique position to tell me about.
I value her opinion on makeup. But like trashing trashy films isn't fun or interesting to me.
Like I've had to unsubscribe because it's just not what I subscribed for. Still subbed to her main channel.
Just wish she'd go back to her original beauty content or if she'd do Polish films.

I did the opposite! When I couldn't live through Angelika anymore and have her spending money on makeup for me, I took it upon myself to take the torch. I live in Sweden and half of it hasn't arrived. My wallet is aching 😂

Just popping in to say that I'm currently teaching a color theory class at my school and watching makeup videos like yours gave me a pretty decent foundation! It made me feel capable of teaching the class, even though I had to do quite a bit more research first. So thanks!
I missed these videos! feel you on the zodiac palettes. I’m a Pisces and everything for Pisces is blue/ teal and sometimes but rarely purples, or mermaid themed. It’s cute but it gets boring. I’d like to see like some light pinks or even lavender tied in. Pisces is water sign and fish so I get it, but I mean there’s no surprise. As soon as I see something is coming out for Pisces i know it’s blue. 🙃 I wish they’d play more into the personalities and descriptions of the zodiac signs rather than the very obvious water sign = blue.
Try being an Aquarius everything is automatically blue

But would you want an uninspired robot going through the motions of the content you once enjoyed? Sometimes it takes some off videos for someone to find their inspiration and make something more enjoyable than the old content ever was
@@Bl4ckSquirr3l I think it doesn't have to be so extreme. What I wish does not mean she has to do it for my pleasure, be an uninspired robot or I'm attacking her current decision.
Of course, I would love it if she went back to her older content because that's how I fell in love with her channel in the first place. But, I am not demanding that she does this. Just expressing my wish that she does. Worse case scenario is that I just stop watching her content which is a shame but it is what it is. It's not the end of the world.
@@afiqahrozali completely agree. I always skip her movie videos, but when I saw that this one was makeup focused I made sure to watch. The movies she usually talks about are ones I would never watch anyway, so to watch a video all about them is just not a way I want to waste my time.
I actually really enjoy your makeup focused videos 🤷🏾♀️. I like the anti-hauls and reviews much more than the movie commentaries.

I have the natasha denona retro palette, and I love the colors. I use the deep matte shades as liners as well. The shimmer and glittery shades are so pretty too 💛

It's very amusing how Kiko is starting to become interesting outside Italy, here it's always been considered kinda bad low price makeup that just LOOKS okay... I haven't tried anything from them in a while, maybe they have become better!
Their waterproof mascaras are good tho. Also I was STARRRVING for your makeup content!

When it comes to zodiac makeup I feel the same way with Leo color stories. It’s always gold and I’m just over it. Also the too faced palette literally looks the exact same as the gingerbread one from a few years ago. Maybe that’s the point since it’s limited edition but why pretend like it’s something new when it’s only different scent and packaging

Yes! The zodiac, they always put boring brown for virgo (and boring cause it’s basic, they don’t even try) a new concept like birth stones or flowers would be interesting
If you want to try kiko, my recommendations are the smart lipsticks.. they're super creamy and smell so nice and are just super comfortable. Also their 30 day lash treatment mascara is great, especially once it dries out a little.
kiko has great bronzers and blushes, cheap but with cute packaging...but i feel like as good as everything is limited edition

lol the number of shade options for pasty folks in the anastasia range is so funny 😭 to have that many white options and then such big jumps in shades between the deeper colors… unacceptable
Super late but this. It's not just about how many shades you have but how many people you *actually* include with your shade range
Oh and also for the cushion foundation I don’t think they’ll be marketing in the west, it’ll be like China and South Korea where the standards of beauty are like 3 shades of porcelain, I never see cushion foundation sold anywhere physically from any brands that do them, Lancôme and YSL aren’t selling their cushion foundation in stores anymore

In my personal opinion, Kiko is just okay. I've used it alongside Revolution, Nyx and Colorpop: Nyx and CP are far superior. Kikos lipsticks smudge easily and the matte eyeshadows are lackluster. The best thing at Kiko are the nail polishes and shimmer shades. Other than that, meh
they have nice eyeshadow sticks and a good bronzer, but the rest is meh.
im surprised they have such a good reputation online. kiko is seen as cheap, low quality, often broken make up in my country, they closed all their physical stores here a couple years ago
@@m_n_m7 I'm not shocked. I live in Belgium and they have physical stores in every city but there is ALWAYS some kind of BOGO going on. It's really quite a skippable brand.
Pisces has the same problem as Aries... always blue. I don't like blue.

Fully understand if the beauty content has become tiring to do, but I really missed it ☺
Charlotte Tilbury needs to extend the face pallet shades by having at least 4 of those! It's actually very disappointing that shade ranges are still being walked over in some instances and in others people hold pitch forks. If you can use that pallet... I certainly cannot. I'm not only black but I'm dark skinned and that means I'm excluded from the experience entirely.
