  • Excess worry can be debilitating, preventing us from living our best lives. We may find ourselves driven by fears and anxiety, which can limit our growth as individuals. It's important to release the worry from our bodies so we can shift and change for the better. One way to do this is through EFT tapping and Qigong. By focusing on our breath and letting go of thoughts that create worry, we can begin to find a sense of peace and calm. This can be a powerful tool for transformation, helping us to let go of what no longer serves us and embrace what does. When we release the worry from our bodies, we open ourselves up to new possibilities and greater potential.

    started yesterday afternoon to practice this tapping exercise. I am a new mom and my son is 2 weeks. I worry about not relaxing and falling asleep fast enough ...

      I don’t think there is anything that prepares you enough for the birth of your first child. Just know it gets so much easier. Be proud of yourself for taking the time to work on you. Even if it’s only for 10 minutes. You need to have time to come back to yourself bc the first couple months can be draining (physically and emotionally). Here if you need me🥰. And congrats ❤️

      Absolutely! Just always listen to your body. You are releasing some blockages and that can sometimes make you tired. Just make sure to get some good rest
