    Thank you thank you thank you! About 9 min into this video I finally have got some relief and able to breathe. I’ve been at wits end . I don’t know what the future may hold , but at least I have hope

    I love this one. It's crazy, I try to "stay awake" so I can hear everything he says, but, 100% of the time I "go under," so, I have no idea! But I do come right out of it when he does the countdown at the end, feeling refreshed and renewed, so it must be good. Really great to have a new, to me, anyway, hypnotist here on TH-cam. Free therapy! And, from the comfort of home. What a great gift Andrew and the others provide for us! Thank you, to all of you who are helping those of us who are struggling.

    I am going through some hard times right now, and when I want to calm down and have a peaceful moment I listen to your meditations. As of now yours are the only ones that help me stop internal dialogue of worries and fears and get some rest. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

    I am so happy to have finally started to follow and practice this daily. You are my go to for meditation. You voice and tone are calming and reassuring. If you have any longer meditations like 45 minutes for anxiety stress depression and such, please advise.
    These videos have been the perfect daily routine for trying to manage my own personal issues. 🙏🏼

    Thank you so much. I am struggling with a lot of anxiety while doing trauma reprocessing/EMDR. I was able to incorporate a potent visual that really helped me calm down and regain a sense of mastery. I typically need to do a few meditations before I'm calm. Your soothing voice and gentle repetition are most helpful. I am truly grateful. God bless❤

    This hypnotherapy recording was excellent. The only problem is when your finished, there's a loud commercial at the end.

      You can remove all ads from your computer for free, which will also remove them from TH-cam. I get zero ads now, since I did that years ago. A friend walked me through how to do it, but it was easy, I just don't remember, but, you can Google it. Hope this helps.

    i have these attacks n my doctor wont give me back my temezapam sleeping pill which is a benzo or two 0.5 ativans im gonna go somwhere else starting tomorrow i need prayers please prayer warriors

    I actually enjoyed this one. Thank you. Helped my depression a bit too. Do you have one for muscle relaxation? Thanks. :) Been trying to get my jaw and neck to relax and shoulder blades. Have Generalized Anxiety Disorder and trying to get it under control. The meditations on YT help. :)

      When mine are tight, I usually do a meditation and while I'm led down I massage my shoulders, back of my neck, my jaw, down my neck and my collar bones this helps me, get some cream with lavender too so you can listen to the meditation, feel the massage and smell the lavender, so your using a lot of your senses too. Hope this helps ❤

    I appreciate this hypnosis/meditation very much. I was diagnosed with lung cancer about a year and a half ago and struggled with anxiety and fear since then. I’m so glad to have come upon this- I started listening to this daily a couple of weeks ago and can feel it making a positive difference in my body, mental and emotional state. Since my diagnosis and surgery I have had a terrible panic attack problem when I try to drive on the interstate- it’s really quite dangerous. I know that this practice is going to help but wonder if you have any suggestions for that specific situation? Driving 70mph while people are driving past, closely without being able to pull over is a difficult time to utilize this wonderful tool you’ve shared. I would appreciate any further advice or insights. Thank you!

    I have a light Tinnitus. Wenn i try to relax, sometimes i here the noise and the fear that arise disturbe the prozess of relaxtion.
    Any Sugesstion how i can overcome the fear of the noise and help me to relax deeper.?

      Thanks for listening and asking this question, it's something that often comes up with my clients in sessions. The approach we use in hypnotherapy, helps clients by reduce stress and anxiety levels and the way they respond to the symptoms. In this way by changing the way your mind reacts to tinnitus sounds your responses improve. So learning to respond differently and reducing stress/ anxiety is the starting point. Hypnosis is a useful tool, because it can help guide your subconscious mind to process the sounds of tinnitus the same way as everyday background noise, perceive them as less threatening and easier to live with. I don't have specific content on the channel for Tinnitus but for now, I’d recommend listening to my guided hypnosis for Anxiety, that contains some calming suggestions that may help with continued use to reframe responses and reduce anxiety levels.

    First time doing this hypnosis and it did help me relax a little bit, however I was pretty alert the entire time and near the very end had a jolt of panic and a sudden sensation of falling for a moment. Wondering if that's normal sometimes while in a state of relaxation during this?

      I've had a similar thing while listening to meditation/hypnosis videos. For me I think it's when I get so relaxed I start to get close to falling asleep but I'm still tuned into the voice to some extent so it's like the voice wakes me up just before I actually fall into deep sleep. Used to get a similar thing if I fell asleep in front of the TV!
