What happens if we sleep before this hypnosis finishes with our headphones still on?
That is absolutely fine, this has been created to allow you to listen then drift off to sleep. Hypnosis is a natural bridge to sleep and the suggestions will be absorbed by your subconscious in the early stages of sleep too, practice and repetition is the key to success.

Do you have any meditations that don’t focus on our bodies or breathing?? I have severe health anxiety and use meditation as a way to take focus off of my body.
