It affects how you view yourself, your confidence levels, and how you handle life's challenges.     Hi Andrew, I came across your channel a couple of weeks ago and since listening to your Guided Hypnosis Meditations daily have really help me combat my panic disorder and general anxiety - I particularly like using your Guided Meditations before bed and they've helped with achieving a much deeper sleep.     Andrew, I have always maintained that I am immune to hypnosis, but I think I actually went under this morning. I live in Penzance, so I cannot escape the seagull noise, but this morning I was able to acknowledge the racket and still keep focused on your voice, which by the way is beautiful.     You know what I love about ypur Hypnosis? It's that you keep it simple, but you weave your words brilliantly. You don't go overboard with visualization. Others will try to get you
    to visualize complex things like the Australian country side. How am I exactly supposed to do that when I've never been there or studied it. Anyways.... Please never change you're the best on YT in my opinion.

      @@marthas3486 That can be quite normal and you will awaken naturally. Hypnosis is a natural bridge to sleep, and it's not unusual for this to happen when you relax deeply.

    It was relaxing but found your voice muffled. Is this designed to be used at night before sleep as there wasn't any time or words to bring you back up to your surroundings.

    Ty so much, at 60 after a life of abuse etc, I am still easily triggered by others bc I have no core, ty for this
    May I pls as perhaps if possible, one to help heal emotional wounds, traumatic memories, so one can let go of the past pain and move on
