Dave, your bolt videos helped me tremendously THANK YOU. i was spending ~$55 a WEEK with gas in my jeep, my bolt costs me ~$25 A MONTH. best decision i ever made!

@NWI_Steel Upgraded to ones with bigger batteries for more range, and one was a lease. And we typically keep a vehicle for a couple of years and then move on. The current one I have had a year and am already thinking about getting a different one. But I love the Tesla brand, and the Supercharging network can't be beat.
I’ve had 6 different ICE cars in the last 6 years (1 totaled in an accident after owning it for two months). Sold my ‘22 Tucson last year for a Model Y when Tesla dropped their prices and it qualified for the tax credit again (7th car). Not sure how relevant how many cars you have (ICE or EV) in a specific amount of time.
Do/will you fully charge the electric vehicles when you sell them? Similar to filling up the gas tank on an ice vehicle before the customer picks it up,

It’s best to just keep an eye on your range and plan accordingly, whether EV or ICE. I do like the new design language of Chevy, excellent! Whoever they hired likes cars and I can tell lol
Hey Dave. I'm thinking about leasing a Chevy trailblazer to get out of my negative equity. Do you have any videos talking about Chevy leases any vehicle and or a video talking about the 24/25 trailblazer
Another awesome vlog, Dave !!! Hey, I just read an article about another recall on the Bolt & Bolt EUV, regarding an issue with the battery fire detection software. I don't know if you're aware of it. I figured I'd give you a heads up, in case you weren't. On that note, keep the awesome vlogs coming. Oh, I can't wait to see your new Silverado EV.
Dave you always bring content to your channel. I do believe there is a place in the market for EV. It is a great around town car. Also if you can charge at home. What is the length of ownership for a EV before you replace? Is it measured on years or number of charges? Also how is the resale values of EV’s? Keep the video’s coming.
The only EV really worth while right now due to the super charger network. I understand they're opening it to other cars, but still. money in the bank for Tesla with those.
Don't forget to change your gear oil, brake fluid, and coolant regularly if you want to keep it long term. Ah who am I kidding, you are on your third car; you don't keep them for 20 years like the working class do.
I love the idea of EVs, can’t wait for some more realistic options for a family of 6, that we can actually afford. Some areas just do not seem at all realistic for an EV. My family was just in Branson Missouri for the last week and if we had an EV, there were very scarce charging options.
I'm trying to be open minded on EVs. I hope you're gonna do a video on your take of how that dealer software hack affected your dealership. I enjoy your take on stuff Dave B!
My boss drives an electric Silverado, not because he wants to, but because corporate bought a bunch of them and "requested" that the big bosses throughout the company (I have about six underbosses I answer to, but he's the main dude) drive them. They HAVEN'T/DIDN'T install at least one permanent charging station, so the truck has to use a rinky-dink adapter that takes an extremely long time to charge a vehicle. The lot looks full, I remember when the lot was almost empty.
Yup, it is nice to have inventory again... still about 200 units short of pre pandemic inventory but seems to be working ok
An electric vehicle will never be for me. To have to stop 20 and 30 min to charge a car when it takes 5 min to fill up a gas tank is just dumb. Nobody will ever force me to drive crap overpriced electric cars
@@TexasJosh47 but for many people like me it only requires about 20 seconds a week to plug in and unplug the car at home or work... no need for weekly gas stops that take 5 to 10 minutes
@@DaveBsellsChevy i hear ya. Ill never abandon your channel i like your videos
Buy an EV? No thanks. Would rather not have to look for a charging station, hope it works, and hope there is no wait. EVs are the answer to a problem that doesn't exist. Probably why 46% of people who bought an EV new will be buying a gas vehicle the next time.
I will never drive an EV. They cost more by about 20% to 25%. Also if you’re charging with electricity produced by coal or other fossil fuel you’re not helping the environment at all in my opinion.
My god Chevy has such ugly interiors. And their dash/screen looks like it's 10 year old software. They need to catch up to all the other brands so badly...
Dave, I love you brother and when I need a new car, I’m driving to Schumacher Chevrolet when you’re working and I’m gonna buy a car and drive back to Gettysburg Pennsylvania. I really enjoy your content that doesn’t have to do with electric vehicles. I’ll still watch it. I’ll still give it a thumbs up. I may or may not comment but maybe a little bit more internal combustion content.hang in there, buddy
How about trade ins in EVs? I hear a lot of people taking baths on the depreciation of higher-end mfr EVs. What do you see in your experience? @davebsellschevy
@@michaeldetore4031 Haven't had anyone try to trade one in yet. We've just had a few Bolt lease returns
@@michaeldetore4031 actually we did recently have someone trade in a Ford Lightening for a Blazer EV... not sure how he did on it though
