Wow great looking machines. I hope they come to Australia in right hand steering. Down Under is going big in EV after the huge Everything Electric event in Sydney.
It has integrated roof rails. I can easily slap a canoe carrier or bike carrier on top. This means a lot to how I can use it. (I don't trust clamp-on rails with a canoe.) Canoe on top, use the hitch carrrier for bikes, and the fam can go camping. I can actually use this the way I need to. RBC did a financial analysis of Blazer ICE vs Blazer EV. The EV is cheaper to own, starting in the first year (dependinf on financing term.)
Thanks for watching and all great points for Blazer EV usage! Yes, I know that BEVs have a very positive ROI & TCO story and I try to tell people that using my own real-life costs to show. Hopefully more folks will get it.
Thanks for the review. (the GM B roll editors did a nice job too😂) where does this model fit in? For the money and features how does it compare to a Mach-E which has been out for a few years ? I'm quite content with my Kia EV6 but am hoping Google Maps gets a similar EV centric treatment that the Blazer's Navigation has. Still a lot of planning just to go the eastern Ontario. Going up to the Kincardine area which means needing a charge to get home 🔌😂⚡ more options this year than last.
Thanks for watching John and for the feedback. The Blazer would fit in any mid-sized 5-seater SUV space. It's roomier for sure than the EV6 and will be similar to EV5 when that comes to Canada. Comparing to the Mach-E, that is a good question. I really love the GT version of the Mach-E for drivability and overall feel. Does not feel as big as the Blazer and I believe it is slightly smaller in stature.
Hmm. I don’t understand how they can make such a big car and then have such a tiny trunk. 25 cubic feet is only 1 more than my Leaf! Seems like a trunk is much more useful than a long hood (no frunk??) and miles of back leg room
Why would you redesign, in just 2 months, to build your car with "NAC" if there was currently nowhere to use it? Non-tesla NAC charging is just recently available to some cars at limited locations. Tesla shows a handful of compatible (Ford/Rivian/ others coming soon.)sites in Ontario . If you released with "NAC" you'd need to provide a CCS1 adapter to be able to DCFC. I suppose there are the 50kW CHAdeMO to Tesla adapters at some IVY sites. Just wait for another model year or you do have other choices currently 😂I hear Aptera is supposed to release with "NAC"
Love the look of this suv. And the interior looks great too. Impressive performance specs and fair range too
Thanks for watching and appreciate the feedback!

Likewise, I really like the roof rails and factory hitch/tow features on this. I just ordered a 2025 with the hitch.
Great review Ken!
When the Equinox EV?
Not sure yet, hopefully end of summer or fall. Thanks for the feedback and for watching!
Very nice review Ken, much appreciated?
Thanks for watching and for the feedback!

Unforgettable to not have panoramic roof option with the EV RS AWD. Panoramic roof is on the LT and RWD BUT not the AWD, unbelievable and plain dumb!
Thanks for watching. You may be able to order it as an option, I did not ask. Check with you local GM dealer.
Hopefully GM has resolved most of the software issues with the Blazer EV.
Thanks for watching and it seems so. My week long use of it was uneventful.
when will we see the vinfast vf8?
Hi, as soon as they give me one for testing for a week. They don't have a press fleet yet in Canada.
@@EVRevolution you can go to the dealership or showroom and ask them
@appxan9000 15 minutes to drive is not enough time. I usually get a week.

Thanks for watching. It is interesting but folks buying this will see the trunk size.
It's a Chevrolet
Yes it is.
Why would anyone buy a vehicle with ccd charging? I’m not interested unless it’s NAC!

@ebwalts1966 Thanks for watching and @JohnRoss1 is 100% correct. Supply and demand, and it will come within next couple of years.
