    This was a great Full Body Workout! Targeted every Body Part. I really like the hamstrings, thighs & glutes section. Hard to get areas. I used my ankle weights for the lower body section.

    I apologize if the question has been asked before, but do you suggest that a person stretch just before doing your exercises? There is a lot of stretching incorporated so I just wonder if there is a benefit to stretching out before hitting play. Thanks

      No need to apologize-this is a great question! Stretching before a workout can be beneficial, but it's important to approach it in the right way. I like to focus on some dynamic stretching and joint mobility moves in my warm-up and save the longer, static stretches for after the workout. If you're feeling particularly tight before a workout, doing a quick 5-minute dynamic warm-up beforehand is always a great way to start.
