Caveat, it was amazing but very challenging but great! I like when you mention modifications also. I also love the weights added, I love the mixture of with and without weights! Please do more of these!!!!

This was amazing!!!! Love some of the unique moves like the v move. So good however I could not do the last 10 minutes of the legs, mine were just shot but even without that I am getting an amazing workout. I don't know how you did the last 10 minutes. That was so hard, and I have worked out for a while. I am a little bit older but I just love your workouts. I likied the ab workout this time, the last ones were so hard also. Can you do some that focus on the chest/bust area for lift and so it looks great with a top or v neck?
