That depends on your level of strength… It’s definitely a challenging routine. If you’re unsure, you could always start off with some of my beginners or moderate level workouts. If you feel confident with the exercises, you could progress to the more challenging routines. I always recommend listening to your body (and your doctor😊) when choosing workouts that are right for you ✨❤️
