My dad gave me the 18” alien figure when I was little. We sold it in the 90’s. This makes me sad:,(. I genuinely had nightmares about that giant bastard figure. The head sections glowed too. So I couldn’t even hide from it at night!
There is a commercial of that figure going around on TH-cam. It looked pretty cool but I could see why it would be nightmare inducing. It would have been like having a Chucky doll.
My dad also bought me that as a kid, I must of been about 4 or 5 years old. I think he only bought it for me as an excuse as he really wanted it for himself. When I was around 10 I realised that it had gone missing just after we moved house, my mum told me it must have been left in the attic at our old house. Then about 20 years later I found out that my brother had actually taken it to school and someone had stolen it. :( It still anoys me to this day, I loved that figure, it's now also worth a ton of money.

I have one of those 1979 Kenner 18" aliens, I used to be obsessed with them. I bought one on Ebay for $75 back in 2007, missing some of the usual parts, but in pretty good condition. Now worth over $200.

There were actually Alien megablox figures recently! There was a kind of generic space marine type character that came with a nice Facehugger figure that fits onto other figure’s heads, and a really damn well done Xenomorph for what it was. I deeply regret not getting the Xenomorph while it was in stores.

I bought 3 of the xenomorphs for a project of mine. I used epoxy and other supplies to turn one xenomorph into a queen. I also have several minimate xenomorphs. Using the minifigs AND new queen, ive made a custom diorama of the nest. It looks SO cool. I have to thank this channel for introducing me to this line of figures. I have cthulu, deep ones, snake plisken, the demonic burlap sac masked kid from trick or treat, classic hollywood monsters, and a few terminators. Oh yeah, almost forgot... the firefly ones. Thank you for introducing me to these. I collect alllllll sorts of nerdy figures; but pop funk or funko figures NEVER appealed to me. So figures like this are my thinh.
At age 4 alien1&2 and predator 1&2 were some of the first movies I ever watched. I also loved the aliens Kenner toys. They remain to be in my top 10 films of all time.

The series has the most manly intro in the world. A giant fist punches the earth and bad guys pop out of it, since it's a ship. The wrestle to save the world. You heard right, they punched the earth!
I love Super7's ReAction figures. I wish I could mail em backin time to myself when I was a kid in the 80's. Only complaint I have is that weird hard plastic Funko loves to use.
I watched Alien late at night with my cousin when we were 10 in 1986. We had to have the TV sound off though in case we woke his parents up. It made it even more scary cos we couldn't figure out wtf was going on.

Also it used to anger me when i was a child because in my country they called the film Alien: The eigth passenger. And if you count the cat there's 9 living things on the spaceship. I loved their idea for blind boxed reaction series,they must do other series with those type of figures in that style.Though to tell you the truth it is a little unfair not knowing what to expect in blind boxes,they surely took this idea from the medicom bearbricks & probably kid robot vinyls.I would love to take a couple of boxes of these and will really like to work on some more variants as well in gitd paint and all.They should do horror themed ones and not only i believe nice one,and as always nice video again stuard.
They are even releasing blind boxes of the Xenomorph in various colors. I've got a fully Glow in the Dark one covered in red splotches I presume to be blood. And another that is transparent gold colored with flecks of sparkly bits. I'd like to get more because I love Alien and Aliens.

You should do independent day toy line. They had action figures that will creep into you're nightmares.
If it wasn't for Judurowski's Dune project then Alien would never have happened.
