I'm so glad to hear that my friend, who hasn't been feeling well and had lost his appetite, enjoyed the vegetarian dish I made for him last week! He's even asked me to cook it again, which is a great sign that his appetite is returning. Thank you for sharing the recipe, and I'm thrilled that he's able to enjoy this delicious and nourishing meal once again. Cooking for others is always a pleasure, especially when it brings joy and comfort to those who need it most!
Great recipe and amazing instructions! I took the time to get every single ingredient, followed the recipe exactly, and we were blown away at the end result. My son, who NEVER eats leftovers, ate them twice! Well done and thank you Bumbi!
Made this last night for our vegetarian friends. It was delicious! As a beginner cooking Indian foods, I found your instructions perfect. Thank you so much.
I made this today for my friends and ourselves as they’re not feeling very well.. they’ll loved it including kids!! I’ve saved this recipe for my next time too.. my husband is a pure non vegetarian and he loved it too 😅

Thank you so much for this video. I have to cook for my ex boyfriend's brother as he has come to England and misses his Indian food but he is a vegetarian so this is a big help! I was shocked at how many spices are needed. This tutorial is very clear and well detailed so thank you again. Love how you told the guys to stop watching if they have a problem hahaha and the dog in the end haha xx
I really appreciate you giving us the TYPE of pan we should be using. Having a good tool for cooking really makes the cooking experience better. Thank you!!
I love how you are willing to say "if you don't like how I do this, please watch somebody else's videos". I love watching your videos. Please give the dog some of that Biryani, but put him out in the back yard for a few hours after just in case!
Don't worry about people's opinion. They always have to be negative. The way you do your cooking just keep it up. This is the first time I have actually seen a recipe in English. Thank you. From Canada
Hi Bumbi, this is now my go to Veggie Biryani which I make reasonably often as it's a family favourite. Last time I added 1/2 tin of cherry tomatoes which I had in the fridge and 1/2 green pepper which needed to be used and even though this is a bit of a celebration dish my understanding is Indians are quite Frugal and never waste food so use up leftovers rather than stick to a recipe - am I right? However it was lovely I use caraway seeds instead of black cumin and also added fresh coriander as well as mint. Love it and although it is not an everyday meal it is pretty common in my household served with your cucumber raita and a green salad. love it
Oh my GOODNESS you are the BEST in explaining and clear presentation, real geniun cooks use their bare hands NO GLOVES . What a meal I am going to do it straight away. Thank you so much a big hello from Sydney Australia 💗💓🙏👌

This is not just a demonstration it's an entertaining education. Love to see the process from start to finish. Good to see a Dum created near the end. I find it best to let it sit covered in a low oven for 45 minutes to really infuse those superb flavours. Also nice to see salt added to the frying onions as this draws the moisture out and allows the onions to brown much faster. The srir frying of that, to even up the browning, was a true piece of art.
