Sir, place a smooth later of butter(salted) n sprinkle water n then pour. Butter goes great . N water n salt in butter will act as osmosis process. N pour roasted longh power a pinch n try. 🙏

So have I have made biryani 3-4 times and receipe is perfect and the tips like you need equal portion of veggies and rice and others tips really helpful. I Dnt use kewda and rose water , cardamom powder and jawatri powder . Still taste is like store bought biryani .
