      You're right. I've pretty much come to the conclusion that nearly everything recommended by Western medical is the opposite of what you need. But there always are people who will refuse the hard path, or just can't take it on right away, plus it's NOT covered by insurance and there are few doctors that help you practice what Dr. Berg teaches. Even nutritionist (at least the one I went to for diabetes) are clueless, since they only know what the "system" told them.

      you guys need to read "undoctored" book. It's in Amazon Kindle, then read Wheat Belly, The Obesity Code, Lies My Doctor Told Me....etc etc...great eye opening books. Everything makes sense then instead of just watching videos, the videos make more sense.

      The western doctors are basically not taught well and they are "big pharma" oriented and generally not trained in nutrition which is one of the most important factors to cure anyone.

    Wow, this advice made a difference. My mornings from chronic Lyme are brutal. I've dropped gluten, sugar, all red meat, dairy eating mostly vegetables. Not much help. In the fall thru winter it becomes almost pure hell. Even with vitamin d and the typical vitamins I had a container of collagen I let sit because it grossed me out, the concept of eating collagen. I tried about 6 teaspoons worth over the weekend. On Monday I couldn't believe how good I felt relative to the past. I just used that blue and white Costco collagen. I'm going to try this sparingly as Dr Berg said, to see how it goes. Wow. I don't usually feel this good except after sitting in the sun for three days in a row in February on vacation. Thats the only thing that comes close to having this type of relief effect.

      You would be shocked to learn how bad vegetables "may" be. Look up the association between lectins which are contained in most vegetables like tomatoes and other eggplants and the auto immune response of the body. Is eating vegetables healthy? Absolutely so. But is it healthy in a way that our body can tolerate them and does not react through auto immune responses? Not necessarily.

    That has always been my suspicion. I have fibromyalgia and l developed it right around the time l learned my mother was terminally ill from cancer and my sister was dying from aids. I learned this in the same week. And, l never dealt or processed my father's suicide when l was very young and also lost a favorite cousin soon thereafter. I learned to just deny emotions and stuff everything down. When l learned my mother was dying, the flood gates opened up. I developed a very severe case of fibromyalgia. Even thought of suicide at times because the pain was so painful. But over time, l had help dealing with all these negative and painful emotions. And interestingly, l got better. I still have some issues with the fibro, and l'm always seeking for ways to improve my health. Your emotions are not separate from your body. With fibromyalgia, though, there is no one part of the body that is affected. It affects everything. I've had fibro for over 20 years now.

      Cleopatra Demera - You know Blue Spruce is exactly right. I have had severe loss such as you have and it is no picnic. Such heartache and my heart goes out to you too. All the sad and angry emotions! Ugh and arrgh!!! It goes into every fiber of your being.
      I was having such a hard time with the sorrow, the pain and the forgiveness factor. I was a mess. I thought I was a Christian. I had to go deeper. I really had to buckle down and give myself entirely to Jesus. I had to actually learn to read His word and enjoy and understand it. I asked the Holy Spirit to reveal truth in my soul. He answered giving me peace and educating me and so much more!
      I was given such a gift as God walked me on a path of restoration and healing. These videos are part of it. He guided me to these videos, as He is the one who guides all of us to good, though not everyone gives Him the credit. He loves us all so much to send Jesus to die for us. He wants to be part of our lives. He just wants our love and attention. Sometimes it takes these health issues that we got into and going our own way with junk happening...to get us back to Him or to Him in the first place. Just thought I would add my experience along with Blue Spruce's because I learned it is, He is, the truth, the way and the life. Blessings.

    The updated knowledge on auto immune conditions is that they result from food intolerances. Foods like grains, legumes, lentils, soy, dairy (the lactose which is milk sugar or the casein which is milk protein), all carbs and sugars, peanuts, artificial colours, processed oils and night shade vegetables all are inflammatory and cause leaky gut. Leaky gut allows these food particles to enter the blood stream where the immune system attacks them and along with them the part of the body which the food particles mimic. This is how all of these auto immune conditions work.

    • @DigitalObserver
      @DigitalObserver 5 ปีที่แล้ว +13

      So to remedy this I would need to fix the gut by going on a diet and once it’s healed, overtime the autoimmune disease should cease no?

    • @meera2531
      @meera2531 5 ปีที่แล้ว +25

      @@DigitalObserver in theory, yes. But considering it's been years of damage I hear there's a possibility of scarring which may not allow the gut to return to 100% health, but I would think 80-90% health is possible. Also it's said that leaky gut/ auto immune conditions should be dealt with at the dietary level because if the root cause is not managed/ worked upon, other auto immune conditions can develop a few years down the line. I'm working on my own for Hashimotos and Celiac's. And if you think about it a large part of nutritional deficiencies happen due to malabsorption due to bad gut health. And deficiencies lead to other health conditions as well.

    • @meera2531
      @meera2531 5 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      @JitterzZ 88 No point shooting the messenger... Gut health is so vital for so many reasons and so many underlying health conditions develop due to it. It's important to realise and take care of it.

      @KatarinaS. 5 ปีที่แล้ว +15

      @@DigitalObserver At this time there's no cure for autoimmune conditions, only remission; however, avoiding inflammatory foods and going into remission will make you feel much better and greatly improve your health, help you to avoid further damage to the organ involved, as well as avoid acquiring additional autoimmune diseases in the future that would further destroy your health. Diet plays a big roll in our health and well being and a moment's pleasure can add up to a lifetime of misery.

Modern medicine is so dangerous in this case. usage of this gradually effect our organs badly. we can cure psoriasis completely but so much possibility to come back ,so we can control through natural medicines(10 gm of bare curcuma(manjal) piece,10 neem leaves and 2 garlic pieces have early morning in bare stomach. after this have one litter water. water will correct your blood circulation and digestion),daily exercise is very important especially walking(body need to be sweat) , yoga especially pranayama, try to become tension free, need good sleep, body needs to get sunlight(especially morning vitamin D3), need proper digestion, correct your food habits. because some food ingredient will give negative impact. that you need to find out and avoid it, body should not dry so have minimum 4 litter water per day. best treatment self analysis and treat yourself. nature of this disease is not common to all persons. so treatment also need some diversity. have fruits especially banana.try to control high calories food, make the oil using the mixture of wrightia tinctoria(botanical name, in ayurveda dhandha pala )leaves (1 kg) and coconut oil(1 1/2 kg) and keeps in the sunlight for 10 days) use the oil externally .after one hour take bath. Use natural soap.After bath have one tea spoon oil internally. please avoid modern medicines. ..simply forget the disease just follow the routine without any ill feeling. think positively. keep the mind always pleasant. dedication is very important.. when you get the full control , gradually change the food habits to a marginal level and test the body reaction.... if its oki you can carry on ....please avoid diary products,red meat for a long period. if you go through this journey, surely get very good result. within 6 months you can enjoy the life as a normal person no doubt...

    • @rosewhite71
      @rosewhite71 7 ปีที่แล้ว +16

      STU377 true! Their claim is deeper than that, though: not all inflammation causes significant pain. And to be diagnosed with major depression one must meet a gambit of criteria that goes beyond just feeling "unhappy." Who knows how many people have been clinically diagnosed with depression who have underlying inflammation (say, in the digestive track from a food allergy) of which they may be unaware it exists, let alone affects their brain chemistry so significantly?! I'm not surprised by these findings, but it's huge that the scientific community might actually be making headway on mental illness!

After avoiding we introduced small amounts growing into normal servings. I was good. Now as an adult, I recently got different allergies which I believe are started because of major stress and loss. Yes... The updated knowledge on auto immune conditions is that they result from food intolerances. Foods like grains, soy, dairy (the lactose which is a sugar or the casein which is a protein), all carbs and sugars, peanuts, artificial colours and night shade vegetables all are inflammatory and cause leaky gut. Leaky gut allows these food particles to enter the blood stream where the immune system attacks them and along with them the part of the body which the food particles mimic. This is how all of these auto immune conditions work.

    My dog has autoimmune issues…she’s on prednisone. Her fur is falling out and she’s incredibly thirsty all the time. Masticatory Myosis. I’m definitely going to look into natural alternatives. A lot of things for humans can also be helpful in smaller doses for dogs.

    Could you please provide your thoughts about vitiligo? What the people with this condition should do to get rid of it. Also people who have a family history of vitiligo, should do or don't do to avoid it from happening to them?

      sandrazee 0000 Use a biotin supplement for your hair. Very inexpensive at Walmart. I buy the liquid capsules. Will take about 6 months to see new growth, but it does work. I have Celiac and I'm taking other various supplements. Glutathione, L-Glutamine, Magnesium, Vitamin K2, Vitamin D3, Selenium, Alpha Lipoic Acid. ****ALSO **** ENZYMES AND PROBIOTICS.... I discovered all of this by my continued search on the internet. Best Regards
