No idea how emissions tests work, but it's probably a very efficient vehicle. Most cars only carry 1 person anyway, and this only weighs 350kg. So it's going to be far far more fuel efficient for getting around than a large "eco friendly" car.
bbqroast Are emissions test in the UK tests of efficiency though? In the US, emissions tests are designed to test things like particulate matter, CO, and NOx in the exhaust. The efficiency is not tested.

Didn't think one of these would pass emissions tests in the UK.
Pretty sure it's called a motorcycle or an ATV.
***** I think it meets Euro 2 norms. In Delhi, India, these run on CNG which is primarily methane so they are Euro 3, I think. On regular petrol, I'm not so sure.
u r correct :)
If you're bored with your reliant robin and you feel like it's too safe, this is the vehicle for you
the legendary ape piaggio, even more legendary than the vespa, we use to drive in our countryside since we was 14 (50 cc version) helping father's with farm need, using the huge amount of space available back. This one comes from 50's need for tourist in location like amalfi capri, very narrow road, than exported worldwide. Another italian masterpiece :-)
