that was an okay budget build for 300$ I can do two builds I'm sick of all the Intel Pentium with a gtx1030 or 1050, Here's my first build a amd a10 9700 8gb ddr3 , 2gb ddr3, 500w PSU , micro atx mother board , micro atx case , 240g ssd all for 260 now this one is good for light gaming , second build: amd ryzen 3 2200g , 8gb ddr4 , micro atx mother board , microatx case , 120gb ssd , 500w psu all for 295$ off on Amazon

If you compare the g4560 (or g4600) to an i3, i5 and i7 you will notice that the pentium wants to use more ram in cpu intensive moments. About a GB more than its older brothers i think. Don't quote me though. You should check it out. Maybe thats why the BF1 testing in multiplayer was acting up. You could even make a video about it. Keep up the awesome work.

Frank Hill actually i did try searching for used parts. But alas, i live in Puerto Rico and buying used is hard to find people willing to ship here. My older build had a used 860k (back when it was still awesome) that included a hyper tx3 cooler all for 65 bucks. I manged ti grab that but this time i didnt get lucky.

I actually bought this computer because of you! It runs all my games really smooth, it manages to keep a stable FPS. But when I ordered mine, instead of 4GB of RAM, I actually got 2x4 sticks of RAM to get 8GB. Also, instead of 250GB of of Hard Drive space, I instead got a 1T Western Digital Hard Drive. In conclusion, this computer can run anything, Rocket League, Rainbow Six Siege, CSGO, Battlerite, LOL, WoW, Smite, Overwatch, ANY CoD including CoD WW2. Keep up the good work with these videos and hopefully you can respond to this!!

I love your content and I REALLY respect the fact that you're reforming and trying to better yourself(selves). It's hard to admit that you haven't been meeting your full potential and it takes a really strong person to admit they're in the wrong and try to better themselves. One suggestion I have is that you start including 1% and 0.1% lows instead of just the average fps. Maybe throw the numbers into a bar graph or something. It would be more informative and just seems more professional. Aside from that keep up the great work!

1tb hard drive cost 4 dollars more than the 250gb
So after a year of using the volt here is what I can report.
8gb needed for the most part.
Runs most game well
BFV doesn't run well (from personal expeirence)
I want to give it a sound upgrade soon with maybe an I5 or an amd and then upgrade the gpu

I would change to an am4 motherboard, and get a ryzen 5 2600. They are BRILLAINT for their price and trust me, they can run BFV. For your next gpu however, dont get a 1050ti or 1060. Save up to get an rtx 2060. They are better than the gtx 1070ti's in most benchmarks! On amazon you can get a Micro Atx AM4 motherboard for around 80USD, an AMD Ryzen 5 2600 for around 170USD, and an rtx 2060 for around 400USD. Bringing the total to around 650USD. I would also get 8gb more ram and a kingston 500gb SSD as they improve the performance of everything dramatically. From experience with these products in the United Kingdom I can tell you that it would be a great leap just to get an SSD and the ryzen 5 2600 first.

I have the same CPU(g4560) same mobo and the video card but with 8b ddr4 2400mhz and a 500watt PSU. 60FPS 1080P med to high any game all the long. Pretty sure Bf1 issue is with 4gb ram instead of the CPU.

There is no way GTA V is maxed, I maxed it on a 1080ti with ryzen 7 1700 overclocked and see 90-100 fps. He must've left post FX and antialiasing down.

Taking this build, upgrading some of the parts and maybe 100 to 200 dollars more, I think that would make a very decent low budget PC. Though I was very surprised on how well this handled some of the games on 1080P.

2 things, your's isn't that good because it is a 2gb video card, and they usually are using 8gb ram
well the 2gb is what is processing the FPS which is lower without affecting performance, but i want a good performance. Also on battlefield 1 the multiplayer wouldn't work to well because of the ram, the ram can't process game machanics on servers with other people that aren't AI's. I was mainly talking about Battlefield 1 in that comment.

Superb video. I am going to venture into an area completely new to me. I have been into computers since 1980. But I have never attempted to build my own gaming computer before. I have decided to pick this build (i.e., your video build) to dive into the unknown (for me). I have also accepted that prices will go up as time goes by (e.g., the video card is now around $225.00 now on Ebay - but I will keep shopping around). But that is okay. I was told that prices on certain parts are going up, especially on memory chips. Well, wish me luck.
